As someone who moved to TN I miss coming to this waba sooooo much! Every-time I’m back my first stop is this waba they are seriously the best. The restaurant is beyond clean and they are so cautious with my gluten allergy. I have NEVER gotten sick here and I can’t say that about many places. I love how kind they are and caring. I have never seen them deny or be rude to anyone a free glass of cold water regardless of circumstances or hygiene of the individual. Thank you so much! See you guys soon!!!

By far the worst waba grill in SO CAL…… there’s a pollo loco and a Panda Express right there. Save ur time & ur money I promise the whole team today may 1, 2025 was horrible the food is the worst in waba history the place is ratchet all around no ….. 0 stars if anything and I work around this area!

I've been coming to this Waba Grill regularly, and I can honestly say the experience is always top-notch. The staff are incredibly kind and greet me with a smile every time I walk in—it's the kind of customer service that truly makes a difference.
The chef goes above and beyond, carefully removing any unwanted parts from the meat, and even adds a little extra when needed to make up for it. The white meat is always tender and juicy, and the steak is soft, flavorful, and perfectly cooked.
I usually get brown rice, which is always fluffy and well-prepared. The dumplings are absolutely delicious, and the veggies add a fresh, healthy touch to the meal. You can really tell they care about quality and customer satisfaction here. Highly recommend!

NOT FRESH! Bland & Microwaved meats & rice
Ignore the fresh reviews, the owner microwaves the chicken leftover from the day before, the chicken pieces are hard & lack flavor
I went during lunch with my wife & our chicken was old & bland
It’s never fresh, any reviews that says is fresh are mostly likely paid just to keep the rating high
I stopped eating there for almost a month and I can’t believe I gave it a second chance smh
They should close this one down and the health department needs to inspect because they have signs that say FRESH
He wants to get rich and sacrifice our health I won’t be going back

The food is always old & hard the chicken is always bland and if you go when they first open then they punish you and skimp you on the rice because they don’t have a lot of rice and don’t want to run out but this happens every morning
and the owner is an extreme cheapskate he should be featured on the show, he reads your coupon for 30-45 seconds to see if there are any loopholes so you can’t use it
Check your order before leaving they always give out old brown avocado & I always have to ask for a fresh one every time
Only eat here if you want save money and order a mini bowl and ask for fresh chicken & leave
And I ate all my food because I was hungry and this was an honest review I know how to eat old hard chicken Just drown it in a bunch of sauce so you can’t taste hard pieces Go around 4 pm for fresh food because he’s done selling us the old chicken from the day before I’m a chef so I can tell when the chicken hits your tongue palate If you order the steak then pray to God to cleanse the red meat & oldness Well isn’t that beef jerky 🤔

The food is always made fresh and served nice and hot at this location. My go-to is always the combo chicken and steak bowl with a side of their Miso Soup. Delicious!
The food is always good and tasty, hats off to the cooks. My gripe with the last visit is with the female cashier who worked on 2/23/25 at 7pm. I witnessed her interaction with two other patrons to be a little off putting. Not once did i hear her say thank you, it's there anything else I can get you, welcome in or is there anything else I can get you. Not rude but definitely doesn't provide for a memorable experience or value as a customer. The cooks definitely made up for it with the delicious bowl I ordered.

This place is always consistent with food quality and service. The chicken bowl is what I normally get and it is always soft, juicy chicken. Never dried out. Never disappoints here.
