My family and I used to frequent this all-you-can-eat Korean BBQ restaurant a couple of years ago, and yesterday, while in the area, we were craving some good food. It was the first time I'd seen the restaurant not busy, and we were seated immediately. However, there's now a limit on how much meat you can order at a time (four was the limit), and you don’t get any sides unless you order them separately. Our initial waiter was quick to help, but we never saw him again after placing our order.The meats arrived very quickly, but it was challenging to get the attention of the staff for sauce or sides. I had to ask three times for hot sauce before finally receiving it 15 minutes before we left. Our waiter/waitress changed with every order, and after three or four orders, no one came to our table to see if we wanted more. The staff seemed to avoid eye contact and appeared to be rushing us, even though we had only been there for an hour, and the time limit was two hours. Additionally, our water was never refilled unless I asked.I was disappointed by the customer service. While every other table around us was attended to, we felt ignored and overlooked. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you enjoy being ignored by the staff.

This was my third time here at Wang Chos. Both recent visits were not very pleasant. I'm big on customer service, and the only reason i give them a 4 is because Joseph redeemed the first waitress.Now, for the FOOD, some things were OK. As much this place costs for the higher quality meat, I've had much better for less(i know we are dealing with "inflation"). So i can tell you most is a disgrace (bulgogi, galbi, kimchi, etc). I am korean, and I can tell you that the correct flavors are not there. I will not be coming back to this place and wouldn't advise anyone either.

It was a good feeling till I arrive home an hour after coming out of here, it all went downy from there and got food poisoning. my head spinning, feeling tingly all over my body, my mouth watery and me non stop vomiting, and diarrhea. And how do I call to report all this if all this happen at 2am. Not just me but my bf too he started 2hrs after me, I don’t know if it has to do with the fact we came in 1hr before closing time and we got scraps or spoiled meat but it’s awful, tmi, but im sitting in the toilet while typing this review right now, Not one of the many buffets I have went has this ever happened to me.

My first time here and I really loved it . I dint get to experience the inside of the restaurant we sat outside I liked it better I really don’t like the loud noise but still enjoyed it . Very friendly employees they were the best , such great staff truly honest reviews. You can’t have it all sometimes, but this restaurant had the service, food , and atmosphere to the best. The food was delicious, went for my brothers birthday and we had a great time . I do recommend going early because after 5-6 pm it’s pretty packed afterwards I definitely recommend it.

This place is an ok restaurant but the food is very bland, they are also very stingy with the sides and napkins. They really operate this place in a way that saves them money. You don't get a hot sauce bottle and you get a very small size of sides. It's miserable but they are cheap.
