I went around lunchtime. It was a group of five of us. We all ordered 10 wings each with fries I was expecting to wait at least 30 minutes to my surprise. The food was ready within 10 minutes spoke to the person in charge. They said they’re under new management. They are doing a great job. The food was amazing also.

Food is great! Cashiers are kind. I went in to inquire about hours and pay rate for a friend who began working there recently. The manager then called my friend and angrily stated that "you could ask me directly and not your friend." I asked why it mattered since these are factors every employee is entitled to know. The manager was rude over the phone and began being condescending towards me. He then hung up without saying anything. Aprende como conversar con la gente ?. I would eat here again though.

Well after seeing the review ratings it makes sense why the service was non Star receivable. Wing stop is joke and employees working per this location. Honestly, I wouldn't want touching the food they prepared given their hygiene appearance.

Horrible quality and be careful when you order on the phone they will never have it done called 3 times over the phone and as soon as I arrive my order isn't there?? And made sure with the employees that I called the right one home number as he always confirms and stands dumb

I am currently still waiting. I ordered at 5:51 pm and it is currently 6:38 pm as I am writing this review. The wings are never extra well done, but with soggy skin. Like one reviewer stated earlier, the chicken can be flavorless and will sometimes have feathers still attached. This is the third and last time I come to the University Ave location in Riverside. Riverwalk in Las Sierra knows how to get the job done. These workers need to be retrained or let go.Update:One of the workers finally checked with me to see what I had ordered. The chicken was placed back in the fryer because I saw that the skin was a little soggy.My order is finally ready, and it is 6:58pmThis is the worst customer service I have ever experienced, and it is inexcusable. I am a university student of administration with a concentration in finance and entrepreneurship. As a future business owner, I would never tolerate this level of service and would retrain employees and terminate the employment of the ones who can't seem to get it together.If it is like this at other locations throughout the country expect closure of certain locations due to a cut in profits because of issues with operations.As a day trader in training, I would look forward to shorting Wingstops stock if they were publicly traded.2nd update:Just took a sip of the fountain drink and it is hardly sweet. No sugar in the machine. I am already home and too tired to waste more of my time and gas. Thanks for ruining my TGIF Wingstop University Ave Riverside location.5/27/2022 @7:54 pmIts been four years since the review I left above and apparantely nothing has changed with this Wingstop location.My fries are a mix of overcooked left overs and soggy undercooked fries.The Louisiana Rub chicken is sitting in a pool of oil I poured out into my trash can, and the Lemon Pepper chicken is sitting in oil that has cooled and is partially viscous and white.I can only guess that they served me left over chicken and fries since my order was online through Door Dash.I selected "well done" and the chicken is far from that and is cooking in my air fryer as I am writing this review.Same thing happened to me when I ordered my groceries from Stator Bros through Instacart.The chicken was dry and chewy as were the fries.Never order food like this from grocery stores online and later in the eveining from any establishment if you want your order fresh.I had enough with Wingstop on University Ave and will not order from this location ever again.I hope this location will eventually close all together.Hope this review helps.Update: 9/26/2023 @1:49amI have just received an email from Google that this review has received 1,999 views.I have since graduated back in 2018 and kept to my word of never returning to the University Ave. Wingstop location.I do still eat Wingstop and prefer the Riverwalk location in La Sierra.The service at the Woodcrest location on Van Buren has improved and I frequent that location as well.I want to thank you all for reading and giving this review a thumbs up.I appreciate the feedback and hope this review has been helpful.
