The young lady that took the order is super nice, but got someone else's food mixed with mine. My chicken sandwich was almost burnt and super dry. I brought the other person's order to the counter and the girl was very careless and not polite or apologetic at all. It seems like it happens often. That was the impression I got from her. More attention is definitely needed... it's expensive to begin with and we don't need careless employees 😒.

Food is delicious it’s why I still come back but they always forget something in my order when it’s for pick up or delivery is so expensive already then I have to go back every time to get my order corrected I check before leaving they forget about 1 or 2 things I put for delivery they also forget 1-2 thing or it’s completely wrong out of ordering so many times you would think they can get it down but no. Then when it’s delivery they ask for me to pick it up. Maybe 2 out...
