Came here for lunch one rainy day, and even though there was hardly anyone there, service was kind of slow. It felt like the staff were just hiding in the back. I asked if the garlic parmesan wings were dry or saucy, and the worker said they were saucy. When I got them, it was literally just butter and grated parmesan cheese on it... That's not saucy. What a huge disappointment. Thankfully, everything else was good (the quesadillas, mozzarella sticks, nachos, and spinach dip).
I had a wonderful dining experience! Manager Christina met with me and addressed my issues from my previous visit. The staff was wonderful and the food was delicious! I would recommend everyone visit this location!

This place has the worst customer service I have ever had. We walked in at 5:30, the place was not busy at all. At 5:50 we stopped a server and asked if we could order drinks. The manager came over took our drink order. We walked out at 6. No drinks, no service. Waitresses standing around doing nothing. This store is horrible.

My husband and I had Nick as our waiter, and he was amazing. Great communication skills and so polite. He was totally on point with every request. Regardless of what he is getting paid right now, he deserves a raise! It is so hard to find good employees, but it's even harder to find good service in restaurants these days. He's definitely an asset to the company and just brings a great vibe. Kudos to you, Mr. Nick, and keep up the good work.Kid-friendliness: They have a great kids menu. When it's busy, your water doesn't get filled until you ask for it. Food portions are much smaller than it used to be. But overall, it's still our go to restaurant to eat.

Never go when they offer all- you- can- eat specials. Seated soon but waited over an hour for our that arrived cold. Left disappointed and hungry. Won't be returning anytime soon if at all...
