Curvy Pidwickle once said to me "if you ever come to Rocklin make sure you stop at the Arby's restaurant here...out of all the Arby's..it's the best!Well, I was all out of Luber Sheets for the Echomatter machine and the only distributor is in Rocklin! Well, I called an order in, and told the dude I'll be picking up the order right after I eat lunch at Arby's...the guy said make sure you get the roast beef with melted cheddar cheese on toasted bread....it's the Bomb!And he was right! ☆☆☆☆☆

Service and restaurant were average for fast food. Sandwich and fries were dry. No condiments on sandwich, bland on traditional roast beef and cheese (one each). Won't go back it's not what I expected from what is displayed on national TV. Very disappointed. I'll try competition next

Lady at register is incredibly rude, constantly interrupting as I'm trying to order & then messed up the order because she wouldn't shut up and listen to us order what we wanted.

Nice surprise. They had briskit sandwich. It was quite cook. I enjoyed it..
Long story short some employee hopped on the intercom when there was some confusion about what their menu board said and she maid some very rude comments to me for NO REASON. I canceled my order immediately and pulled up to the window and asked to speak to a manager to which i was told there wasnt a manager on duty. The girl at the window was very polite and apologized for the actions of her coworker, so it wasn't everyone but then i proceeded to call the resturant to ask for a manager and that's when it got worse. Not only did nobody answer the first few times but when someone did they were just as rude to me. Said they were the manager but refused to tell me her first name so i had a reference as to who i spoke with and she hung up on me. I called back again a bit later and was hung up on again. End of the day i called corporate and filed a complaint since i could not find an adult in the room to deal with the situation in a professional manner. I've never been treated with such disrespect at a resturant before, especially when i had not said or done anything rude or wrong to deserve it. I will Def not be returning to this location again.
