The food was horrible. Puddles of oil in the bowl. Staff were screaming about beating each other up. The police showed up. We felt ill when we left. They got our order wrong more than once.

Ordered the Coney dog and the bacon cheeseburger with fries.The Coney (chili) sauce was overcooked to the point of almost burnt. The bacon cheeseburger was salty and had onions, we requested no onions. The fries were overdone/burnt. Lastly they ran out of Rootbeer! How does an A&W run out of Rootbeer?Overall not a pleasant experience.

Soda fountain has to be adjusted for the diet rootbeer. It has too much carbonation.

Just came here to get lunch. When we were ordering the person at the counter kept interputting. We asked for mashed potatoes with the meal with no gravy and 3 root beer floats. We tried to confirm that before we pulled up but he interrupted us and said yep i know. Then we get the recipet and he tells us to go wait upfront but we saw the receipt was wrong. So we try to tell him oh we asked for mashed potatoes not fries and he starts tapping his head seat repetitively saying " no we can all hear you with these you didn't ask for mashed potatoes" and then shut the window on us. Then we waited for someone to come out and i asked for a refund and she just went inside without saying one word to me. We waited for a few more minutes and the guy comes out with the money and just throws it in my hands and shuts the door and leaves.

I walked into this A&W restaurant and ordered a root beer milkshake. The milkshake was of very poor quality; overly runny and more like rootbeer flavored milk, rather than a thick shake.Staff wore dirty aprons that hadn't been washed in how many days or weeks. The interior of the restaurant was dirty, floors had not been cleaned in days.I'm not sure who the restaurant general manager is, but it's obvious that they don't care and do not have high standards for quality of product or the appearance of their restaurant. The District Manager should pay a surprise visit to this restaurant and make some big changes.
Never again! We ordered our food and waited over 45 minutes before I asked for our money back. Not even an apology was given. Horrible customer service. The franchise owner should be embarrassed about the reviews they have gotten. Stay away from this KFC at all cost!

Horrible wait time and I was the only customer in the restaurant. With all the time I had to wait I realized they over charged me a $1.20. The cashier said she couldn't do anything. So I asked for the manager. She was busy doing the other employees job and took another 10 minutes getting to me. I explained the situation and she replied she didn't have a coupon and there was nothing she could do. What kind of manager can't refund a mistake. I'm done with Over priced fast food
