So I go here frequently and have not had an issue with the cappuccino blast I always order or the service EXCEPT when the Indian woman who states she’s the owner has made my drink. I’m familiar with the making of the drink because I always order and have actually purchased the cappuccino blast mix and made from home. The woman who states she’s the owner put 1 scoop of ice cream and two cups of ice to save money I guess because out of the 100 of other times it’s been made it was 2 scoops of ice cream and 1 cup of ice in the large cappuccino blast. When I questioned if anyone was available to make it she refused my service was rude and said I’m the only one to ever complain and complain every time. Which was a bold face lie because I never complained except this time about the drink. I left because she said if I don’t like it to go to the Sierra college one. She states she owns the store on 5428 crossings Dr Ste 103 in Rocklin CA. I suggest if you don’t want to receive rude service or have your drink made correctly you never go here and like I now will drive the 10 minutes extra to the Sierra College or Stanford Ranch baskin Robins

As often as I’ve brought my family in, since before they were located on granite drive, after tonight’s experience, and attitude from the same young man on previous occasions, we will not spend another dollar or minute at your store. We waited 15 mins just for him to ring up customers that came in much later, and because like the customers he chose to service unfairly before us, we also were in a hurry. I had to break it to my daughter that we could no longer wait and drag her out crying. He needs to evaluate why he’s an employee there because its clear courtesy and customer care aren’t high on his list.

Went to pick up a icecream birthday cake. The cake portion was very dry and crumbly. It looked as though the pieces had fallen apart and they did there best to place it onto the cardboard. The lady who helped was very rude, and not friendly at all.

Worst experience at this baskin Robbin's location. Who ever is the lady there in the front was very rude!!! I accidentally dropped my ice cream cone on the counter. So I said," sorry I just dropped it on the counter. Can I please have a new one? The employee there was looking at this women with fear wondering what he should do and if it was actually ok to give me a new one! While waiting to get my new ice cream made, I asked for a napkin and was only given ONE to wipe my hands off. The woman kind of rolled her eyes at me and seemed annoyed. Body language says a lot. I used to come to this location all the time but customer service is more important than good food. Will not be coming here anymore!

This place was honestly pretty good, the service was epic, and the staff was super friendly ? ?. The sake was freaking amazing. I live the cinnamon it was a nice touch. The store was pretty affordable. I went with 2 friends and spent under 10 per person. I would definitely go agian

I ordered my daughter an ice cream cake online 2 days prior to her birthday. And when I got it home and we opened it, her name was spelled wrong!!! Totally disappointing! The cake was dense and tasted awful, and the middle of the cake had a gaping hole between the cake and ice cream. Just a bad experience all the way around.

Ice cream has been consistently good since I was a kid. Lots of options of course. This location has a good staff, I had to buy the guy like 3 times my last visit for my daughter. She wanted a cup halfway through so he gave us a cup, she dropped her spoon he gave us another and then before we left she had to go potty and he got us the key. Place is clean and it's usually pretty quiet there.
This place is terrible! I called to see what time they closed, they said 10 "but we try to stop serving customers at 9:50 so we can mop." Okay...
So my husband goes in at 9:30 and they refuse to make any milkshakes or blasts because they've already cleaned up. Terrible service from a terrible place. Don't waste your time or money.
