Ordered the California veggie sandwich with no onions and received a sandwich with the bread cut short with the toppings falling out with onions loaded in it with no tomatoes or spinach. Disappointed I spent money on this. Workers were distracted and more into their own conversations rather than making a sandwich with correct ingredients/quality.

When calling for an order, it would be more professional by calling the persons name instead of saying online order. What if there were multiple online orders, would they still yell put online order by the customers name???

Ordered 3 sandwiches. 2 beachcombers with turkey/roast beef, everything on. With jalapeños. 1 skinny dipper. The beachcombers came turkey and salami. Jalapeños non existent. Tried calling, no answer. Wasn’t a pleasant experience with the service today. I dont wanna spend $16 ins sandwich I didn’t order. Drove home and was unpleased, didn’t wanna drive 20 min back on 65 and than have to wait for a correction. 3/6/25 at 2:30

Employees were not attentive, girl literally walked away from register as I entered. Waited several minutes for another employee male who was friendly and took my order . Other male was walking around yelling it was his birthday, I will not return to this location again.

Buyer beware, I would avoid the CA Philly cheese steak. Pick something with deli meat. Compare this picture to any of their other sandwiches, you pay more because of the premium ingredients, but get less. Imagine paying $30 for this + 1 beer. I had to do a double take when I first saw it. Think what $30 can get you literally anywhere else in the area.
The Beach Hut locations on Sunrise, Sierra College, and Douglas are all phenomenal. This location is a poor representation of what Beach Hut can, and should be. Cleanliness is a big problem here too.
