I had lunch at this place twice in the last two weeks, and both times were bad. The kid working behind the counter with the tattoos on his knuckles was totally disinterested in being there or providing any kind of service. I had the wings and a personal pizza, of which the wings were terrible and the pizza was edible at best. The skin on the wings had a boiled texture, not the slightest bit of crunch or crispy texture that you would associate with good wings. I gave this place two shots, and with both visits being disappointing, I won't be back.

So very disappointed. I phoned in my order. They didn't tell me when it would be ready just said “ have a nice day” and hug up. I had to call back to find out. I added a soda on yo my order when i got there. The soda tasted bad and i was told the machine wasn't working right. They told me to pour from the 2 liter that was opened in the cooler. Both the pizza and the jalapeño cheese twists were burnt. The 2 young men were nice enough but not appearing responsible. I think he had his PJ’s on. We will not be back

Used to love this place but the last 3-4 times we’ve been there have not been great. No phone in orders since no one picked up, I thought they were just busy but when we got there it was completely empty. Ordered two pizzas, when we got them home they were so overcooked the cheese was hard and brown. It was late so we just made do but I probably could have done better with a frozen pizza. We won’t be back.

Where do I start. Did not have soda . They were out. Out of ranch. Out of ham. The kitchen is filthy. Light covers are broken in the kitchen. The guy making the pizza looked filthy and was not wearing gloves. Back door was deabolted open so anyone can walk into the restaurant from the back door. Pizzas were severely undercooked. They were doughy due to undercooking. The only good thing about this place was we were the only ones there. No surprise. This was my first and last time going here. I suggest whoever is reading this not to go here. Absolutely horrible from top to bottom.

Horrible pizza, ordered 3 pizzas 2 of them were still raw the dough stretched when you took a bite, took it back, and they gave me a substitute pizza for the time being, went to bite into it and it was raw. The soda machine was nearly out of every soda.The floor in the food prep area is really dirty the ground behind the the soda machine in the food prep area hasn’t been swept or mopped in idk how long. The trim boards are dirty, The amount of flour built up on the floor is crazy. We were the only customers in the place and every table was dirty. I asked for a rag to clean the table. They handed me a dry rag.! And no sanitizer.Only reason I’m giving this place 2 stars is because there was not one ADULT in the place and the 2 young kids working had good customer service skills. And also, because it was my daughters birthday and they baked her a cookie. The kids that worked there handled the situation very well.!They should find new jobs, and you shouldn’t eat here.!

Pizza was literally just mounds of sauce with the tiniest bit of toppings. Little caesars is 100x better for 1/4 of the cost.
We've been going to Straw Hat for several years but stopped recently due to the low quality. Decided to give it another try this evening and we ended up with a pizza with burnt crust and another pizza with rancid chicken. You could smell the rot as you went in for a bite. Hoping this gets to the owner so that he can check in on his staff and right the ship but I will not be going back anytime soon.

I think this is a training issue. If you stack toppings 3 inches high the pizza doesnt cook right. Also if you put a 1/2" of flour under the pizza, the pizza dough tastes like flour. And the pound of olives on top of the pizza tasted like they were old. Weird after taste. My first bad pizza from straw hat ever. 9/18/22 1145

My small pizza and cold wings that I paid 37 bucks for was dry, tasteless and yucky... they had hardly any things on the menu in stock! No salad, 1 out of 6 beers, no wine. Most of the soda was out! No way is this a good pizza! And the price is terrible! If you think they have good prices, you're insane! If you thought the pizza is delicious! You're off ya rocker!I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! I'd get me a frozen box pizza before id even think of getting a pizza here.So yes folks, $37 for a SMALL pizza and wings with 2 drinks! And the Hawaiian pizza only had maybe 8 little bits of pineapple! I can't stop saying bad things about this place! Im sorry... it's that bad!

Unbelievable you would make these accusations about me. You retaliate a poor review with lies and smearing. Do you really believe this make you and Straw Hat look good. Placed an order online and was told it would be ready between 5:48 and 6:02, even received an email that it was confirmed. At 5:45, got an email that the order was delayed. Fine, no problem… until I get another email at 5:53 saying that Straw Hat CANCELLED my order! I will not be returning unfortunately and good luck to anyone who tries.
