Nice ladies and a cute place. Milk tea was bland and watery though. The boba was also not sweet and a bit hard/undercooked. Probably won't be coming back since the drink was so disappointing...

I was really disappointed with Boba Tea. Everything tastes bland and overly sweet, as if they’re trying to cover up low-quality ingredients with tons of sugar. The boba itself is terrible — the black pearls taste old and rubbery, like they were cooked yesterday and just sat there. There’s no freshness, no chewiness, no tea flavor or any real depth at all. Overall, a very unpleasant experience. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

In a nutshell; Neat spot, decent drinks, excellent service.
A really charming and cozy place to enjoy your boba delights. No food served at the time of this review but their drinks definitely will satiate your boba cravings. Their halo-halo was also well-made, may be a bit difficult to mix and eat due to the limitations on the cup but if you get around it, it's a nice way to enjoy a sweet treat. Overall service was excellent, lady that took our order was nice and accomodating. Theres parking around so won't be much of an issue during peak hours.

I was really disappointed by the service I received today. The lady who took my order had imperfect English and struggled to understand my order. Instead of a lychee black tea, she made a Thai milk tea and refused to remake it after asking politely since she attempted to confirm the order (but with the language/accent barrier it just didn’t work the first time). It’s a cute looking place, but I wouldn’t recommend if you only speak English.

nice staff... halo halo is perfect🤩... more menu choices💜
We came here based on the tons of five-star reviews. At first glance, the place looked nice and clean, which gave us high hopes. We ordered the “MochiOreo Circle” and the “Caffeine Collision,” each priced at $9, with boba costing an extra $0.75.
Unfortunately, both drinks were disappointing. The MochiOreo Circle tasted like a basic Oreo milkshake—nothing unique. The tall cup made it difficult to use the boba straw, which kept sinking into the drink. The mochi on top had a strange texture, like a dried plum or apricot, and didn’t pair well with the rest of the drink. We were also disappointed that the display photo showed the drink with boba, which felt misleading since boba isn’t included and costs extra.
The Caffeine Collision was another letdown. Instead of distinct Thai tea or Vietnamese coffee flavors, everything blended into a generic, overly sweet latte. The boba itself was undercooked—still hard in the middle—which aligned with what other reviewers have mentioned.
Overall, I wouldn’t return. I’m honestly surprised this place has so many five-star reviews when other nearby spots offer better drinks at similar prices.
