Terrible customer service
I had boba in my order but they gave me coffee jelly. They'll mess up your order next

Olly was very kind. I was not a fan of the Thai milk tea boba and he happily suggested and remade a different drink that I actually really liked. For this reason I'm happy to return.

I was impressed! I’m not from the area and decided to stop at this boba drink spot. It was everything one could ask for and more. Highly recommend. Drinks are one of a kind delicious.

Very odd service and atmosphere. You walk in and you are pretty much ignored. You have to order off a kiosk (and asked for a tip). There is literally no experience with this place it's like interacting with a vending machine lol. The drinks are great so at least there is that.

iPad ordering, didn't see a single staff member and no menu to view other than on the iPad. Tiny window to pick up order. Staff area and blocked from public view. Walked in, walked out, and never going back.

My favorite boba place. I’m not even a boba person. I likely wouldn’t get boba in my drinks elsewhere, but their GOLDEN BOBA is top notch. I come here for the Thai teas since I can customize with oat milk. I’m a plain Jane but when I love something — I crave it…a lot. Really appreciate their dairy alternatives that still make the drink delicious. Recently started loving the brown sugar milk tea also. Has a nostalgic “taho” taste (Filipino dessert). Also, follow them on IG. They post great deals like $2.99 milk teas for limited time. Great job, Bubble U team!

Best boba in the area by far, even compared to many bay area locations. Friendly service and atmosphere. The staff works very hard to get your order very fast. You can order in person, but through the website/app or at the kiosk is preferred for timing and safety.

Definitely the best boba shop around! Their drinks have a good depth of flavor and taste like high quality. I used to live in the Bay area and this is on par with the best places out there. I come here at least once to twice a week I can't get enough.

I am a huge boba lover. When I first moved to Rocklin, the city was dry when it came to boba choices. Everything around was poor quality, sugary powder mixed in milk -- nothing comparable to what I was used to back in the Bay. Then, Bubble University came about and it is the only place I frequent, I come here at least twice per week at minimum.Recently, however, I ordered a drink that requested pearls but the pearls were forgotten. My years of being a middle school teacher have taught me be petty and hold people accountable. I came back today to order another boba and requested the missing pearls be provided. The person at the counter was happy to abide and provided me a small cup of pearls which I happily slurped in the car as a amuse bouche before my drink.Thank you, Bubble University. Your quality and customer service continues to be excellent.
