Tried Bubble University for the first time. We had the Taro and Taro Blush Oat Milk Tea with Golden boba. So delicious and refreshing!! The staff was friendly and the service was pretty quick. Also liked the ambiance and the decor was nice. Will definitely come back!!

Nobody can convince me of a place with better brown sugar milk tea this is my go-to bubble tea place 97% of the time. Crew is so efficient and so sweet to offer cutie drinks to my girls.

My favorite boba place. I’m not even a boba person. I likely wouldn’t get boba in my drinks elsewhere, but their GOLDEN BOBA is top notch. I come here for the Thai teas since I can customize with oat milk. I’m a plain Jane but when I love something — I crave it…a lot. Really appreciate their dairy alternatives that still make the drink delicious. Recently started loving the brown sugar milk tea also. Has a nostalgic “taho” taste (Filipino dessert). Also, follow them on IG. They post great deals like $2.99 milk teas for limited time. Great job, Bubble U team!Dietary restrictions: Dairy free (you can do no dairy for milkshakes) or alternatives (I get oat milk for the teas)

Good 2nd Location in Rocklin I don't come to this shopping plaza often unless I have some banking transactions to do. I just noticed this Bubble University at this location. I've tried their drinks at their first shop in Roseville so I'm no stranger. I did a banking transaction that day so I decided to get my favorite drink and placed an order online for pick up. I ordered the Oreo Cookies Smoothie with black pearl boba. The drink was delicious and the boba had a nice consistency... my only issue was the straw, it wasn't long enough to reach all the way to the bottom. I leave no boba behind LoL! The shop was small with a few seating inside. It wasn't busy so my drink was ready as soon as I walked in. The employee was nice and friendly. Well, now that I know about this location I'll be coming here more often. Review #3270

Best boba in the area by far, even compared to many bay area locations. Friendly service and atmosphere. The staff works very hard to get your order very fast. You can order in person, but through the website/app or at the kiosk is preferred for timing and safety.

Definitely the best boba shop around! Their drinks have a good depth of flavor and taste like high quality. I used to live in the Bay area and this is on par with the best places out there. I come here at least once to twice a week I can't get enough.

I am a huge boba lover. When I first moved to Rocklin, the city was dry when it came to boba choices. Everything around was poor quality, sugary powder mixed in milk -- nothing comparable to what I was used to back in the Bay. Then, Bubble University came about and it is the only place I frequent, I come here at least twice per week at minimum.Recently, however, I ordered a drink that requested pearls but the pearls were forgotten. My years of being a middle school teacher have taught me be petty and hold people accountable. I came back today to order another boba and requested the missing pearls be provided. The person at the counter was happy to abide and provided me a small cup of pearls which I happily slurped in the car as a amuse bouche before my drink.Thank you, Bubble University. Your quality and customer service continues to be excellent.

Visited friend in Lincoln yesterday and he took us to this Bubble University after our lunch. He had the 2nd drink in the picture so I dunno how it tasted. We had 2 brown suger organic milk tea and the Lychee slushy. Lychee slushy was doable but the brown suger was basically ALL milk and some brown suger, No tea taste at all. Such a basic drink that shouldn't failed but went to the garbage right away! Thank God I live in an area with full of great boba joint so will never have to encounter this place again! One bothersome note ¬the BS drink comes with the boba but the ordering process with their kiosk only gave choice of no boba?? We had to ask for their help, Super confused!

The worst thing about BU is that its in Roseville, and i am in Walnut Creek! I came here with my bestie when I was in the area visiting her and the memory of my drink from here still haunts me... it was DIVINE!! I got a classic brown sugar milk tea with organic milk and I still haven't figured our HOW they made it taste the way they did. It was so good, perfect amount of pearls, perfect amount of ice and sweetness, just absolutely dreamy!

Great drink menu. I took my family there and everyone ordered something different. We all tried something new and all was good. Only thing I dislike is you don't ever talk to someone to ask questions about menu. It's only online order from store or phone. Hard to customize drinks

The Alice in Wonderland was the best tea drink I've ever had. Beautifully crafted, which makes the wait worthwhile. The tea-preparers never really interact with me except to hand me my order but there's nothing wedding with that. This place is always busy and I hope that's the case forever so they'll always bee here.
