Consistent! Absolutely consistently good! Everytime we come here we order similar things, trying new variations, but good isnwjats good! Shredded pork is a little dry but a good fix is their BBQ sauces! Tri tip, medium rare, yes please. The burger is good and the fried pickles are not soggy, outer fried breading is crispy amd seasoned well. Also recommend the buckhorn bowl and and a salad with roadhouse onions!

We met 3 friends for dinner and each of us enjoyed our meal. 3 of us got salads, 1 got a burger, and the last one got ribs. I got tri-tip on my salad and it was good.

Buckhorn BBQ + Grill in Rocklin is easily one of the best BBQ spots in town. I stopped in for lunch and was impressed with how quickly the food came out and how friendly the staff was. The Buckhorn Burger was fantastic—juicy, flavorful, and great value for the price. The restaurant has a cozy, local feel with a comfortable dine-in atmosphere. Conveniently located off Sierra College Blvd near Sierra College, it’s the perfect spot for a relaxing meal in Rocklin.

I have always gotten the tri-tip in the pulled pork but this time I added the salmon. The salmon was cooked to perfection. I will get it again.

I ordered the bbq ribs, it’s was very tough hard to chew. Tasted like it was very overcooked. I was very disappointed. Service was great though.
