We spent over 10 minutes and were the only ones in the drive through. The car behind us backed back out. The girl helping seemed like she was the only person working every position. I didn't see anyone else. She was visually frustrated and overwhelmed so I didn’t tell her she got the fries wrong.
It’s been like this the last few times we’ve been here. Maybe she could use some help?

10/28/25: Been here 5x… and every single time the burger buns are ripped & falling apart… very poorly made. And the fries are ALWAYS undercooked. To top it off, the elderly white lady cashier with the hair bun talks too loud & never shuts up. A rude, unprofessional motor mouth constantly yapping, making it hard to enjoy dining inside. Every other Carls Jr location is fine… this one is poor quality.

This location in Lonetree Blvd, Rocklin, Ca STINKS real bad. I told staff about it. They don't smell it because they have become nose blind to the smell. It needs some serious cleaning. The fact that it's not even carpeted it should be easy to clean and sanitize . It STINKS !

Kim is absolutely awesome! She really knows her stuff — from opening to closing procedures, she’s on top of every detail. She picks up the slack wherever it’s needed, all while keeping things running smoothly. On top of being incredibly fast and efficient, she’s also sweet, friendly, and makes sure everything is done perfectly. Carl’s Jr. is lucky to have her!

I took my wife to this awesome restaurant Carl's Jr. And Kim was awesome and gave us a great customer service and I definitely recommend to came to this restaurant and get a wonderful sperince with Kim.

Usually I really like this Carl's Jr because the service is good and the food is usually always fresh and hot. However, I am super disappointed in the manager that worked tonight on 6/21/2025. We placed an online order, picked it up, came home, and found mold on the bread of our bacon swiss chicken sandwich. When I called and asked for a refund, the manager was automatically sooo rude and talked to me like I was trying to scam them. I understand a lot of people may do this and I'm sure they deal with plenty of horrible people on a day to day basis but you shouldn't treat everybody the same. Anyways, she told us we would have to come back before she could issue the refund. We wouldn't have minded going back as much if it weren't for her rude attitude. We went back, got the refund, and luckily we were treated better after they saw the mold on the sandwich. Really disappointed in the unprovoked attitude (specifically from the manager) we got from the start after we spent 50 bucks of our hard earned money here :(

Passed by here late this morning with My Father. This is the first time I went to this Carl's Jr location in Rocklin, California. I don't go to Carl's Jr that much now these days. I rarely go to this fast food place. The service was good. When I walked inside, I noticed that there was no one inside and it was really quiet. I used two coupons, the first coupon was Buy One Get One for $1 off which was two Single Western Bacon Cheeseburgers by themselves, and the second coupon was Any Medium Triple for $3 off, for the second coupon I chose the Triple Western Bacon Cheeseburger Medium Combo with Medium Fries and a Medium Drink. When receiving the meal, the burgers and fries were fresh.

I get a chocolate shake every lunch break here and all the staff is incredibly nice, but i genuinely hope Raven is there when i go in. She really is the best, second only to those chocolate shakes

Gage, and Kim are absolutely amazing I drive past two other locations to come here for their service!! The other locations are owned by the same franchise however this location stands alone in my opinion. These two are really the “Star” that is the logo of carls. I don’t have any photos because I devoured my hot fresh made to order burger and fries! The quality here is above the others in the area without question. Kim and Gage this industry is not easy to work in and it’s always just you two in the store working as a well oiled machine. Keep it up we appreciate you and I hope you get to see or hear about this post!
