I love taking people who have never been to Catrina's Cantina because it is quite an experience, the decor is everything! High-end very lovely authentic Mexican art!

They have nailed the atmosphere and service, but the food wasn't as flavorful as I expected. I was disappointed that all the things that should have been mixed into our guacamole was on the bottom. We didn't find out til we ate all of it. It was good but would have been better mixed in had we known.

Vibrant and colorful Mexican restaurant in the Rocklin area with lots of different food options. It’s great for big groups and families. Food was alright- as a vegetarian it did feel a bit limited.

Catrina's Cantina just wow. We went in about 7pm and it was surprisingly empty, Jason helped us to our table and waited on us and he was just amazing.
The atmosphere here screams party the festive decorations everywhere you can see really light up the place, im sure this place is fantastic for large parties altho we had a small group.
The guac rock was delicious and the size was awesome i'd imagine AT LEAST 2 full avocados went into in. And we were surprised by the bottom layer of pico de gallo.
In fact all the food was delicious, we ordered the chimichanga, taco salad and a kids quesadilla. All of it great.
Jason was great he has an awesome personality and fits in perfectly with Catrina's vibe. He recommended the guac rock in fact, Refilled our chips over 4 times, the salsa tasted and looked house made which is top notch. Literally cannot say enough good things about this place.
Really made the first day of our trip to Roseville. Thank you!

Food was so gross and over priced. The service was awful 2 hrs for food that was heated in the microwave. The place was empty and when people came in they quickly left. This restaurant is beautiful but they don’t seem to care that nobody likes their food. Will NEVER go again

What a wonderful surprise. Was just in the area for the weekend and felt like having a margarita and some food before crashing. We got there early - about 6:30pm on a Saturday. Quiet but the place is wonderfully decorated with multiple Mexican metallic sculptures. We order two of the Grand Corona-ritas (Macho size premium margarita with your own mini bottle of Corona Grand Marnier hanging on the rim). It was fun, delicious and potent! We ended up ordering a third (not that we needed it).
We ordered a Guacamole Rock which was great with the warm chips and salsa we already got complimentary (you can ask for more chips, which we did).
We then split grilled fish tacos and they did a nice job of splitting the plates with one of us receiving rice and the other beans.
We then got some ice cream - their desserts are not on the menu. I was expecting a flambe, which it wasn't but it was still good.
Great quick service, nice environment. When I'm back in the area, I hope to drop in again.
Ample free parking.

Solid family friendly restaurant with good food (great refried beans and molcajete dish).

Food is tasteless, the carnitas were the only thing seasone on my plate. But I scoffed at $9.50 for a brew. That’s insane.

Love this place! Food was excellent, service perfect and ambiance is amazing so many authentic Mexican art pieces, lighting, decor. Our new favorite! We have the enchiladas and flautas, mojito and margaritas all excellent. 😍

Wonderful place. We go there for lunch and dinner -- love the margo's, so why not celebrate our sons High School Sr. graduation there? We had 35-40people, the space was ideal with room to spare...AMAZING FOOD AND everyone complimented the choice for the party. Wonderful people took care of us at every turn --if you need a place for an event THIS should be on your list.

Three words. WORST MEXICAN FOOD. No flavor at all and expensive for no reason. Better off going to Zocalo or La Popular.

Armando was GREAT, excellent service. Food was also very good. I think we’ve found our New Mexican restaurant!

The food, drinks, service and ambience are amazing! We celebrated my Mom’s birthday there and the staff was on it! We brought a cake for her and the staff cut and served it for us! Really nice of them! The restaurant is decorated very nicely! Drinks were amazing as well! Give them a try…you won’t be disappointed! 👏🏻😊
