I never write reviews, ever. I love Chipotle but Oh my god. I went in with my boyfriend and as soon as I order the girl serving me rudely asked me what I wanted and felt like she did not want to serve me at all. “What else” She had a dirty look on her face and just as I was about to pay the blonde girl at the register was the same way. She barely said anything, I asked politely for a side of cheese and she just threw it into the bag. I was honestly stunned that these girls are working because it looks like they hate their jobs. It honestly did bug me that their attitudes were so poor. I understand people have things going on, but in costumer service you should always at least be nice to the guests, no matter what job it is. This is my first review I’ve ever made so can tell you how annoyed I got to see this. Never going back to this locstion.

We ordered take out from this Chipotle and it tasted amazing! They made an honest mistake on one of our items, and was more than happy to go above and beyond to rectify the mistake. I would definitely recommend this location! Everyone had smiles and looked like they were happy to be at work.

This location is very stingy with their proportion sizes, you’ll barely get any rice and a ton of sour cream to cover up how little food they’re actually putting in your bowl. Every time I go here I have to always ask for double portions just to have a normal size meal. Also, I weigh 115 pounds just for reference on how much I eat. We spent $44 for two bowls, one burrito, and a soda. You’re better off, going to the one over by the Galleria
