Quesadilla is just hot tortilla, bowl is empty even though double meat was ordered multiple times this location has been a disappointment and the way the leads treat the new employees in front of us is just disappointing children teaching children and having high school attitudes about it

I had a really disappointing experience at this Chipotle. The manager made me feel rushed and like I was an inconvenience. I even had to ask for my receipt because it wasn’t offered. Overall, her attitude was terrible and made the whole visit uncomfortable.

Best Customer service. I placed an order for the family meal which was inadvertently ordered from a location in another state. This group immediately filled my order on the spot and directed me how to get my wrong order refunded. And they did this with smiles during a busy dinner rush.

Landon did a fantastic job working under pressure. We had a large order and they were really busy. He was pulled aside from the line which was nearly out the door to be publicly chewed out by the manager about his burrito rolling being unacceptable. He was doing great! He handled our order proficiently and efficiently. Shame on that manager who didn’t even take him aside at a slower time. So much attitude from the women at this store and that manager needs training. Landon rolled the burritos perfectly and was the most friendly person there. Keep up the great work Landon! You deserve to be in management.

Ordered two bowls and this is what I got. This may look like we already had half of them but nope. Asked for fajitas and there were none in the salad. Find the meat, i cant. Got a half full bowl for full price. Absolute ripoff.

I came in on Saturday September 30 between 830 and 845 I was very pleased with the service and the portions I had received from the three gentleman who were there on the line. I definitely like coming to this Chipotle. Rebecca does an excellent job running the restaurant and I appreciate Julia’s professionalism, leadership and kindness.
