Best Customer service. I placed an order for the family meal which was inadvertently ordered from a location in another state. This group immediately filled my order on the spot and directed me how to get my wrong order refunded. And they did this with smiles during a busy dinner rush.
Landon did a fantastic job working under pressure. We had a large order and they were really busy. He was pulled aside from the line which was nearly out the door to be publicly chewed out by the manager about his burrito rolling being unacceptable. He was doing great! He handled our order proficiently and efficiently. Shame on that manager who didn’t even take him aside at a slower time. I came in on Saturday September 30 between 830 and 845 I was very pleased with the service and the portions I had received from the three gentleman who were there on the line. I definitely like coming to this Chipotle. Rebecca does an excellent job running the restaurant and I appreciate Julia’s professionalism, leadership and kindness.
