They don't hold the door,they swamp the 4 servers that were working on Easter Sunday. The server table hopped, which swamps the kitchen which ensures cold food brought to the tables. Missing ordered food,no check back. WAS A COMPLETE CLOWN SHOW..TERRIBLE FOR A CRACKER BARREL. CORPORATE NEEDS TO WAKE UP AND PAY THIS UNIT A UNANNOUNCED VISIT!!!! RETRAIN OR TERMINATE!!!!

The absolute best pancakes around. I first ate at Cracker Barrel back in 2007 in Mississippi. I am happy that they've finally entered California.
Worst Cracker Barrel, non existent-service.Of the last 3 times I've been here this year, twice I've walked out after being seated but not having anyone come to my table for 15 minutes. The one time I stayed, it took over an hour for our food to come out. Last night I was there, and the place was dead, less than 15% of tables in use, but I sat, and sat, and waited, and watched the employees talking to each other, after 15 minutes, I got up and left. No drink order, nothing, it was like I was completely being ignored.Note to manager, you will make a lot more money if your employees take orders. I've been to many Cracker Barrels in the country. I find that they're usually excellent service, and decent food. This location is detrimental to the brand.

Okay food, great service & cool atmosphere.I got the custard soaked french toast, But wasnt too impressed. It was dryer than I would had wanted it.Everyone elses food looked good. I should have went with the build your own option, the regular french toast didn’t seem too much different from what I got. I did get the steak bites though which were tasty.The coffee was okay, their biscuits looked delicious.
