Submitted my order ahead of time since I was going to be running behind. I showed up 10 minutes later and walked into an empty store with one person working who was playing on her cell phone. I asked to pick up my order and she said she'd do it now. Frustrating :(

I love their cookies - but today was a little bummed by how the cinnamon maple swirl was served. The maple wasn't spread and the famous "swirl" was minimal. Complete minimal effort when we pay so much for these. Just looks sloppy.
