Ordered different dishes, they all delivered the same ones, and they were not fresh! I do not recommend! The staff is not polite
The location on Stanford Ranch is my least favorite! The sugar cookies were terrible!!
It is a very cute store and I can tell that they put a lot of effort into their food!

I waited 30 minutes for 4 cookies. One of the cookies I selected was not available and there cookie dough bites were sold out. They gave us hot cookies with frosting and the frosty completely melted by the time we got home.

I’m going to be nice enough to not leave one star however I’ve been to this crumbl a good 20 times for the classic chocolate chip and EVERY SINGLE TIME I have been shorter chocolate chips while everyone else gets 1005 on theirs. Today I had high hopes…. THREE damn chocolate chips in this massif cookie. I pretty much ate eggs, flower, and sugar in a cookie form. It’s upsetting crumble either needs to add more or stop profiling me because they know I’m a regular at this point. And no they were not hidden. Yeah, THREE chocolate chips.
Crumbl is a marketing genius with their flashy and droolworthy Instagram reels advertising their Cookies of the Week. YouTubers buy 6 different cookies then taste and rate them. The pink cookie boxes are too cute and make you feel like you are receiving a gift.
A foodie friend told me that Mormons are known for their baking skills, and if you research Crumbl's founders, turns out they are indeed of that faith.
The restaurant is adorable. Brightly lit in white and pink colors.
You can't dine in. You're encouraged to place your order on self-service kiosks or using the app. Employees are focused on preparing and boxing the cakes and cookies.
My favorite cookie so far is the Milk Chocolate Chip, served to you warm and gooey.
The Blueberry Muffin cookie was too sweet to me.
The Cookies & Cream Tres Leches Cake cost an extra $1.49. All the YouTubers loved and recommended it, but I don't get why. It's just a very moist chocolate cake served chilled and topped with a yummy whipped cream. I did not detect cookies or Oreos. It did not remotely make me think of the Mexican dessert. At least, it wasn't too sweet. I don't think it tasted much better than boxed cake mix. I would prefer a fancier slice of cake from Whole Foods or Nugget. However, the night I went, almost every customer was ordering this Cookies & Cream Tres Leches Cake. I guess it's a fun treat.

Horrible attention, they didn't even say hello when entering. At least a little respect, they didn't even look at us until giving us the order. The cookies are delicious...the rest is horrible
Horrible care, they didn't even greet when they came in. Minimum a little respect, they didn't even look at us until the moment of giving us the order. The very rich cookies... The Rest Horrible

This location is quite bad at filling orders from the app. Waited 20 minutes while the store emptied and filled with customers. My order never came, so I canceled, reordered from the Douglass store. Filled instantly and with a smile.

Pre-ordered a couple of cookies. Checked in when I got to the store, and then proceeded to stand there being completely ignored for the next 15 minutes as the one person (out of four) actually putting together orders kept stopping and walking away without get anything actually accomplished. Finally went up to ask what the hold up was, and was told that the chocolate chip cookies were still in the oven. Tired of waiting, and irritated at the complete lack of communication, I said to just give me whatever was ready so I could go. So she dumps two of their mini cookies into a box and hands it to me. I say no, that’s not equivalent to what I paid for, you’re going to need to put at least one more in there, which is when I finally discover that the woman who has been doing something under the counter this whole time is actually the store manager (Lisa was her name, and Lisa SUCKS at her job). Lisa looks up at the girl, never once acknowledging me, and says “two is fine”, and goes back to whatever she’s doing. So now I demand my money back, when the older woman who has been running her ass off baking finally brings me over what I actually ordered. So that one lady is cool, everyone else there, ESPECIALLY Lisa, is useless. And they wonder why people don’t tip.

I ordered from this store around 4 to 6 times, and I order online most of the time so they would have the order ready till I arrive, but no, after I arrived, my order was not ready I had to wait like 40 minutes till they gave me my order the staff is too slow the one employee packing the cookies keeps looking at the screen every 3 seconds like can't you remember what order you are doing one of the slowest costumer service ever I have faced

I usually go to the Citrus Heights store but I was near Roseville so I ordered to this location instead. I had pre ordered, I tapped the I’m here icon on the website when I came in. So I thought I could run in and out, but nope. I went to the counter they said oh we haven’t started, and then helped at least ten people who walked in after me. Just all around poor customer service.
