As an adult, awesome place to go for pinball and a beer. I took my kid here once about 2-3 months ago because this is supposed to be a family environment. As we were leaving, an employee walked out the front door, his friend handed him a pipe, less than 3 feet from the door guy just take a big hit and blows out a cloud of weed (can tell from the smell). Never been back. Shouldn’t advertise as a family place if your employees are going to do this. He was wearing a yellowish tie die shirt. If he isn’t your employee, he shouldn’t be wondering in the back where only employees are allowed and yelling out to the customers to notify tournament is starting.
Alright, due to your quick reply I’ll bump the review up to a 5. It is a chill spot. Was just a huge disappointment that night.

Lots of machines, all in good working order. Plenty of room for our large party of 20+. Only down side was they didn’t allow birthday treats, made us take them out of the building. (No small kids in our group, adults and young adults) we were very respectful, bought lots of beer and food. We didn’t argue about the birthday treats and had to enjoy them in the parking lot.

Das Flipperhaus is NOT a restaurant, it's a fun place with some great beers on tap, and an even greater selection of pinball machines. The service is always very friendly, and the pins are fairly well maintained. This is a great place for people of all ages, with no entry fee. The pins use tokens instead of quarters, so you can play for as long, or as little, as you like. They do serve some food (pretzels, tater tots, pizza), but think of them more as a compliment to your beer than restaurant quality. Head to Das Flipperhaus for the pinball, beers and fun, but, if a good meal is what you're looking for, I'd recommend eating elsewhere first.
Kid-friendliness: They have booster steps so that young kids can play pinball, too.

I love this place so much. I recently found out about it and I think I’ve been here almost every night since… Not sure if I should disclose that information. LOL
All of the staff members are super chill. It’s really cool playing games that I used to play when I was a little kid. Tons of nostalgia at this place. They have what it seems like 60 different games but that’s just my estimate. Some of the games are pretty old and if one of them eats your token, James or one of the other staff members never has a problem helping you out. They have really good deals on Wednesdays where you can get a couple free tokens with every beer you purchase. They also have a pretty cool boot beer that you can buy where you’ll save money if you Are a frequent beer drinker there. They also will throw the beer glass in for you and chill it every time you come by.
Tokens are $1 but if you pay with $20 you get 4 free tokens. The chicken bites are fire. They also have Arizona’s and Jones’s sodas.
Monday nights are tournament nights and me and my girlfriend stopped by recently and we’re a little afraid that it was going to be out of our element since we don’t really think we’re very good but they have a way to match you up with people that your same skill level and it’s a nice way to meet new people. It’s not like playing pickle ball where people are pretty rude to the new people… Everybody here is chill. Highly recommend. Shout out to James. -brogen
