Ordered fish tacos, got no habanero sauce, no lime and Soggy limp fries. Whoever cooked and put this together acted like they wanted to go home. Why are they working there? There was no one behind me and no one in front of me. What on Earth could be the reason for them not doing their job and being so careless is to not put the order together correctly. It looks like others have had the same issues with this place who on Earth is the manager there?? Do they want their business to succeed or fail?? I guess the answer is evident! Wake up!

I just ordered 4 Del Tacos. 2 had not even a teaspoon of meat. The other 2 for so greasy they soaked through the bag before I got home. I'll go across town before I come back to this location. Friendly staff that's about the only thing good

The nice young lady at the drive thru is definitely an asset to this place. Very pleasant and thorough. Now, the food. Tostada!! Delicious..My fav thing at the bell, was the discontinued tostada. This is my first time trying Del Taco's and now, this is my favorite tostada. Bigger. More beans. Crispy/soft shell. I see getting 2 a week in my future. And I never forget Del Taco's fries. Always delicious.

The drive though line is ridiculous. Waiting 20 minutes for a milkshake is not good business. However the employee at the drive thru was very nice.

All too often when I come here for lunch the lobby is closed. Drive thru is open but that does no good for us who drive oversize vehicles.Today 3/20/23 at 1:10 pm the doors are locked. But the dining room had guests eating. A patron said they locked the doors due to staffing. This is nuts, you have a 50/50 shot if this place is open...just close it down already

Took a few times for them to get the order correct at the speaker. Once we were at the window we asked for ranch and hot sauce - they charges us for the ranch and made us go park. They didn't bring the sauce or napkins. I love Del Taco but this location was disappointing and we were the only ones there during the order and wait.
Brought the kids to get some burritos. Waited in drive thru 20 minutes and then they said ran out of beans, it would be another 20 minutes and they would bring them out to our car. Waited 25 minutes went into the store and they forgot our order entirely. There’s only 2 people working. Unfortunately this is a frequent occurrence here:P

Christmas Eve Dine In Hours: 8am-8pm . I'm here at 343pm, and all the doors are locked except for Drive Thru. I guess franchises can make up their own damn rules now ?♂️

Been to this Del twice. First time everything was cold and fries were barely cooked. Second time I went was middle of the day and they were closed. I’d give 0 stars if I could.

Said it’s closes at 12am had the menu and all lights on as if they were still open but when I pulled up to the menu to order they said they had to close early for the night but couldn’t give me a reason as to why they had to close early. I would never recommend this place to anyone!!!!

Dining room is nearly always closed with no sign on the door stating why the doors are locked. Drive thru isn’t too fast and it just seems to be limping along most of the time. Staff does their best, but it’s still a bizarre business model with the constantly locked doors and slow drive thru line. Not the best Del Taco location. Save the effort and go to the Douglas Blvd. location in Roseville if you are able and willing.
