Ordered chicken tortilla soup on line. Was called back within a minute of ordering and told they were out of that item and did I want to chage to pozole or albondigas soup. I chose albondigas soup and was told order would be ready in 20 minutes. arrived 30 minutes after call and order wasn't ready so I asked status and was told they were now out of albondigas soup. I saked why they waited until I arrived to tell me and was told they prioritize in person orders over on line or phone in orders and they had just found out. I said that wasn't right and was told to wait a minute. After checking I was told they could give me order but it may have only 1 or no meatballs. I asked them to double check and was told they could in fact fill my order. Soup was good but only had 2 meatballs. Asked for a side of flour tortillas and was told they didn't have any more and again they were saving them for in person orders. be forewarned ordering from this establishment. horrible service.

I really used to love this place but I feel it’s gone downhill recently. First, service is absolutely terrible. Order confirmations say food will be ready in 20 minutes or so but it’s very often at least double that. And trying to get someone’s assistance or attention seems to be near impossible. Also, the prices seem to be going up while the portions are getting smaller. Maybe that’s the case with all restaurants as of late but it’s still disappointing. And the quality of the food hasn’t been great. Last couple orders had wilted lettuce and questionable chicken. Looks like I need to find a new place…

I tried the Machaca breakfast burrito from here and it was delicious! The chipotle sauce is present enough to give the burrito flavor yet not overwhelming as some chipotle sauces are. The meat, cheese, and potatoes all came together for a really solid meal. The mild red and medium verde salsas both seemed really fresh and put it all together. All this plus a large bag of warm chips for only $8? This is a deal. Don, I will be back!
Weekly go to for the family! Owners are so sweet and the food never disappoints. Highly recommend the carnitas on anything, especially the enchiladas and quesadillas. Frozen margaritas are a must and perfect place for a quick bit with a chill vibe.

We were looking for a good Mexican restaurant and a friend recommended Don Quixote's. We had dinner in the Cantina which has the bar and tables and the service was outstanding. The General Manager is right on and making sure everyone is happy. I had the burrito which was so good. My husband had the puffed taco which he liked. The different salsa and bean dip are so good. Highly recommend.

The food was good. Had a chili relleno plate with extra peppers on top. The salsa was only so so. I'm not a fan of roasted peppers in my salsa. My biggest gripe was the bathrooms. The men's room was a mess. Paper towels overflowing and toilet paper on the floor. They are trying to make the restaurant seem more upscale. The bathroom is a big part of that.
