In my opinion, Dutch Bros is unique in two ways. First, the sugar free options provide huge variety in the types of drinks you can enjoy on a diet. My go to is the sugar free carmalizer, it feels like a milk shake with only 12 carbs for a medium. And, it tastes great!
But the other unique thing is the culture. Everyone is VERY up and positive. If you don't want an over the top happy person to take your coffee order, perhaps the opposite of how you feel before having that first, early coffee, then maybe choose a coffee shop with grumpy baristas. But I enjoy the hyper positivity making a good visit every time.

My 80+ year old grandma was having a restroom emergency and they wouldn’t let her use there bathroom. Said it’s not for customers. We sadly left without getting our coffee. It was so sad!! It is a takeout place. But no exceptions I guess. The one in Rocklin

I ordered a chocolate milkshake and it was horrible. The milkshake was so watery and bland. Plus it’s way overpriced. Although they have so many options for drinks, it’s not worth it when they can’t make a decent drink. Just go to Starbucks if you’re gonna pay so much for a drink.

Awful drive through lines that are always long and a cluster. Drinks are good, but you have to order well away from any menu so hopefully you know what you want when you get there.

Love love love the black iced tea! It's flowery and refreshing on these hot days. Not such a fan of their hot coffee, but occasionally like a blended treat. I like that they'll make blended drinks without coffee in kids sizes. My granddaughter loves a Golden Eagle and my grandsons like things from the chocolate milk all the way to smoothies and Rebel drinks.
Employees need training badly 30 min wait with only 10 cars in line

The team member taking orders at the drive through decided to talk to the car in front of me for five minutes about BMWs while I sat behind them waiting. I drove off and went to Starbucks. Tell your people to focus on taking orders if there’s a line.

THE WORST Dutch bros of all time and I didn’t even think that was possible. Always expect at LEAST a 20 min line wait no matter how many cars are there they are slow and will still get ur order wrong they charge like a $1 for extra caramel and they don’t even put extra caramel. This review isn’t from one visit but sadly it’s the closet Dutch to me I hardly get my drink anymore I hate going to this location
