I was a customer of the very first Dutch Bros in Grant's Pass Oregon. It's really nice to see their consistency over the decades. Always a pleasure to wait for my drink. It's always worth it.

If it wasn’t for thecustomer service I received at this location by a male and female employee (wish I would have got their names), i would have given 2, maybe 3 stars. The staff on the night I went to this location were so friendly and patient. I expressed to them that I was not very fond with the new way of making blended beverages, They could have just said “sorry”, instead they listened, cared, and made one customer very happy :)

So I’m not the type of Karen who has ONE bad experience somewhere & runs to their computer to complain. However, this is now the FOURTH time (in a row) that this DB has made the same mistake. At this point I feel the need to say something in hopes the manager sees it & talks to their employees to fix this reoccurring issue. Every time I come to DB I order the same thing (Large iced americano or Large vanilla protein latte - always a large). Every single time I have ordered a Large - they give me a medium drink. 2 of the 4 times I was still charged for a large. The first 2 times this happened I didn’t say anything - mistakes happen, not the end of the world. The 3rd time in a row this happened I said something & they wanted me to go back through the line & reorder instead of just fixing my drink at the window. I was on my way to work & didn’t have time for that so i just accepted the medium drink (even though i paid for a large). Finally, today, after paying $6 & some change for a Large drink & being handed another medium (4th time IN A ROW) I handed it back & said I ordered a large. The girl tried to lie & say I only paid for a medium. I told her no, I paid almost $7 for a large but if you want I’ll still pay the difference but can I please have a large made for me (caffeine addict here). I was polite about it bc I don’t think it’s her fault but the fault of the person who took my order in line. I then watched as she poured my medium drink into a large container, added a ton more ice and a *splash* of milk. She didn’t remake my drink the right way. She basically just watered down my medium drink. After coming here 4x in a row this month & having my order taken incorrectly - then my drink watered down when I spoke up - I’m not coming to this location anymore. Manager/shift lead: please talk to your employees about attention to detail & getting orders correctly / correctly fixing a drink.

I was happy that they opened so close to my house, and I finally had a place to get a cup of coffee. You know what? It was absolutely disgusting. I cannot believe that people even buy drinks from them.

The coffee is pretty good. Be aware that they put sugar in just about everything and it’s a lot! The most frustrating thing about this place (and why I took away two stars). Is the awkwardness of tipping. These kids don’t have the first clue about customer service and they stick a tablet in your face and ask if you want to pay another dollar on top of the six dollar coffee. I’m tired of it. This is the reason many people buy a Nespresso.

Nice quick service and friendly people working! The caramelizer mocha was decent.If you like really sweet/milky coffee, this is the place for you. It was almost sickeningly sweet. I prefer my coffee black so to me it wasn’t really coffee. But I just wanted to try it.Not the fault of the location! They were great. If you like their kind of coffee be sure to stop in, you won’t be disappointed.

This Dutch bros has always been the least efficient i have ever been to. They normally don't have people going out to cars taking orders ahead of time so you spend at least 5-10+ minutes per car in front of you before they even take your order. . You really have to calculate how long you have to get to work. And today was sticker day so of course it was slammed and they were having some kind of a computer problem but they were still able to see orders,but not on all screens. The drive through was full out to the streets so I figured I would get out of the car since most of the time it is a bit faster to go ahead of 20 cars. Well it took them forever to even take my order and I was the only one out there in the 37 degree cold and I made sure they could see me the whole time so they wouldn't forget. It took another 25 minutes to even start making my order. It was extremely disappointing to see all the people in their warm cars getting orders faster. After 20 minutes or so another customer did a walk up and PAID THEM A $50 tip just so they could put his order Ahead of the cars, and they literally had his order ready in LESS THAN A MINUTE. Super frustrating SO I DEFINITELY DON'T BUY THE "ONE ORDER WILL THROW THE DRIVE THROUGH OFF" excuse the lady that took the man's order told me. I really feel like That was an unethical thing to do. He even offered them more to get my drink but I declined because it didn't feel right, and they told me it was next. They still did 3 orders before mine after the man left. I spent 35+ minutes in the cold today. The manager was nice enough to comp my order but I'm still very upset. Any other drive through integrates walk ups/in's into the drive the orders in a reasonable time. . Get it together Dutch bros Rocklin. I love your coffee so much, but wanted to give feed back on what it's like to be a customer since the year you opened. It's just always been a place that is not before work friendly which is when people want coffee the most.

As a former Starbucks barista, I can firmly say that the quality, consistency, and atmosphere of these fine baristas are of some of the best in the area. I highly recommend it. 10/10
