may be a cool place to sit down but NOT for the customer service, asked for a cup of warm water to feed my baby and they proceeded to tell me it costed money, so we ran out and got money came back in and was greeted by another lady who stated we did NOT have to pay for the water, we proceeded to tell her that someone else had told us we had to and she replied “oh it’s franchise” so which one is it??? Do we have to pay? Do we not have to pay??? Or is franchise making you guys make us pay and your just not? Because not once did she mention franchise made them say that until we had a complain about the other girl. I will NEVER step foot in here after not only disrespecting me but for making me run back out with a crying baby for money I didn’t even need.

I was so excited when I saw this DB coming. I've been a loyal customer since the beginning and have never had a rude crew member like the one I had this morning. My order was taken correctly but made wrong and when I let the young lady know, she literally snatched the drink back, fixed it and then shoved it back at me!!! I still said thank you and she did NOT acknowledge me at all. I said thank you again and she very rudely and with an obvious attitude said have a nice day, but without looking at me. I asked her for her store number, she said she didn't know, asked her for a manager, she said they didn't have one, asked her for her name, she said she couldn't give it to me. REALLY? This coffee cost too much and the wait time is way too long for me to also get bad customer service....SO RUDE!

The 3 stars on service is not for the location, they were great. Its for the inability to pre-order the suger free products and the cookie cutter response on my first review and reading the same response on everyone elses review.
I love Dutch Brothers but I won't be coming back ti this location. I lve visited Durch Brothers from Auburn to Napa and everything in between. This is hands down the slowest one I've ever been to. I had ro check on my order as it was nearly 20 minutes and I went inside and I was the first one in.. so sad I since this lo location is convenient.

Passed by here late this morning. This is My first time going to this Dutch Bros location in Rocklin, California. When I arrived, I noticed that this Dutch Bros location is different from other locations in Sacramento. When I walked inside, the atmosphere was good and awesome, it had a lounge area. This is the first time that I went to a Dutch Bros location that had a lounge inside. I noticed two customers inside waiting for their drinks to come. The service was good, and the Barista was really nice, kind, and respectful. I ordered a Caramel Golden Eagle Blended with whipped cream on top and caramel swirl all around it as well as a Large Cup of water with ice. I sat in the lounge area in the corner and relaxed, I also heard music playing in the speakers. I honestly had the best visit at this Dutch Bros location in Rocklin. I would go to this place again.

Pretty cool place. First time I've seen a Dutch with a lobby. It's very clean inside and plenty of places to sit down. They were extremely nice to my boyfriend and I, and we have complicated drink orders. They were patient with us and even gave us a free drink because there was confusion with our OCD drink orders lol. Highly recommend this location.
