The 3 stars on service is not for the location, they were great. Its for the inability to pre-order the suger free products and the cookie cutter response on my first review and reading the same response on everyone elses review.
I love Dutch Brothers but I won't be coming back ti this location. I lve visited Durch Brothers from Auburn to Napa and everything in between. This is hands down the slowest one I've ever been to. I had ro check on my order as it was nearly 20 minutes and I went inside and I was the first one in.. so sad I since this lo location is convenient.

Passed by here late this morning. This is My first time going to this Dutch Bros location in Rocklin, California. When I arrived, I noticed that this Dutch Bros location is different from other locations in Sacramento. When I walked inside, the atmosphere was good and awesome, it had a lounge area. This is the first time that I went to a Dutch Bros location that had a lounge inside. I noticed two customers inside waiting for their drinks to come. The service was good, and the Barista was really nice, kind, and respectful. I ordered a Caramel Golden Eagle Blended with whipped cream on top and caramel swirl all around it as well as a Large Cup of water with ice. I sat in the lounge area in the corner and relaxed, I also heard music playing in the speakers. I honestly had the best visit at this Dutch Bros location in Rocklin. I would go to this place again.

Pretty cool place. First time I've seen a Dutch with a lobby. It's very clean inside and plenty of places to sit down. They were extremely nice to my boyfriend and I, and we have complicated drink orders. They were patient with us and even gave us a free drink because there was confusion with our OCD drink orders lol. Highly recommend this location.

I was extremely impressed with the service I received at this location. Wait time. Cleanliness and team member engagement was spectacular. Shout out to Camryn who was awesome assisting me. And also to Oliva. Great job.
This is the only location that ever makes my drink right and I only ever order 1 drink and it's been the same drink for years.
But what I really wanted to give 5stars for is they have a worker there. Her name was either Addy or Abby... she had asked me how I was and I had told her I had finally won a court case that I've been dealing with a really long time and she comped my drink. She didn't have to do that but... what she didn't know is I had cried all the way to that dutch bros after I got out of court and cried hysterically after she's gave me my drink with the handwritten congrats and a heart on the lid. If she sees this, I hope she continues to be a kind person and that she know she's going places in life!

I saw in the app today that you get a free duck with any large drink after 3pm. So I decided on my lunch to head over and get a drink. I love the Bob Marley and I rarely get it so it was going to be a treat for me. I walk inside and didnāt have to wait in line. The girl that took my order was fast and friendly. Within a matter of minutes my drink was ready and I was shocked at how fast they were. As I was walking out to my car sipping on my drink it didnāt taste right. Usually because the Bob Marley is a chocolate covered banana flavor I could taste the banana, but this clearly tasted like a coconut mocha. At first I was thinking I was just gonna drink it, but like I said, I was treating myself to the chocolate banana flavor, so I went back in and asked them to remake it. The girls werenāt busy so they were able to help me right away but immediately I can feel the vibe change. They said I can keep the other drink or throw it away as they remade my new drink. I was thinking of keeping the old drink and seeing if somebody at work wanted it but then I decided to throw it away. When I got my second drink it tasted a lot better, but I wasnāt happy with the service after that. One of the girls that gave me the drink didnāt even say anything she was just tapping the straw on the counter to get my attention and she was really rude. Luckily the chick who took my order popped out the window and asked me how was it and I said 100 times better and she was like yeah the color looks better, but as I was leaving I didnāt have a good feeling about going back. I usually have tough skin, but when I left, I felt hurt for the way I was treated. I donāt think for the future. I will be going back in the afternoon.

The workers at this locations are honestly some of the sweetest people, not just because of their training. As someone whoās in food services itās so nice to see a place run that well, and to see a happy team of staff. Favorite location by far and never fails to make my day a little better!

Compared to every other Dutch Bros Iāve went to (as a regular who orders the same thing every time ā Annihilator or a Golden Eagle) this place is by far the worst one Iāve been at. I even tried applying to this Dutch but they told me that they had ājust the right amount of peopleā ā as I waited over half an hour in a drive thru line with 10+ cars sitting there. They are clearly understaffed and it takes an abhorrently long time just to get a single drink.
I have also had not one, two, but THREE times in a row where my drink was not what I have ordered and tasted completely off. One was where I ordered a blended Annihilator before work, the texture was off and it tasted fully like bananas instead of the macadamia nut taste. I canāt tell if they properly wash their dishes or just fully used the wrong syrup but either way it was completely messed up.
The second and third time I ordered a medium blended Golden Eagle ā spent $8 on one drink ā and it just straight up tasted like espresso coffee, no taste of vanilla or caramel. Incredibly disappointing. I came back and asked management about it and they told me they āran out of blended freezeā ā mind you, itās only 12 PM when this happens ā and it is upsetting to say the least when you pay this much for a drink without letting your customers know ahead of time before they pay the money for it. They remade it but I still had the same issue, and I was on my lunch at work at the time so I couldnāt waste anymore time asking to have it fixed again (and I spent an additional 15 minutes waiting for it to be remade at that).
Not only do they have ridiculous wait times (as one time I waited more than 10 minutes when there was only one car in front of me at SIX AM for my one drink) and mess up your drinks more than half the time, but they have horrible customer service. Every other Dutch Iāve been to they have been incredibly friendly and exceptional in customer service as theyāre known for, but itās like the workers there have not been trained for anything. Incredibly unprofessional and rude when serving you your drinks, 7 times out of 10. I would happily make the additional 15 minute drive to the next closest Dutch locations on Sunrise and Auburn Folsom than have to ever go to this Dutch Bros again.
