The d cor gives off such a warm and inviting feeling.
We are loyal Dutch Bros customers but unfortunately this location can’t handle an after school rush on a Friday. I placed a mobile order ahead for drive thru pickup. I entered the drive thru at 4:20pm where the girl checked me in and said “I’ll be right back with your drinks”. She did not return with my drinks, and instead I sat in a 25 minute line. I watched her come back out 15 minutes later and continue to take orders. When I finally got to the window my drinks weren’t even ready. I ordered a protein mocha and was handed a cup with white liquid. I pointed out it didn’t look right, but the barista very rudely told me she made it correctly and refused to remake it. I asked her why my drinks weren’t ready when I checked in or why they weren’t brought to me when I was told they would be and she kept making excuses about being busy. I asked her how I could avoid this next time because obviously mobile order didn’t allow me to save time or skip the line and she told me there was nothing else I could have done. She refused to give me a refund or to give me her name. The store manager is V and the franchise owner is Heather. If either of you are reading this, your employees need more training in customer service.

This is my go-to when getting drinks since it's finally near my house, and all their drinks are so delicious! The servers are always so nice to talk to and ready to help! Since I have the app, I'm able to order ahead and my drinks get finished so fast all the time! <3

Absolutely disappointed and disgusted with the attitude and lack of care for special need children. My son is autistic and was on his power wheel driving through the parking lot and I was told he needed to leave or else the lady wasn’t servicing me. This was after I explained he’s autistic and is having a moment and I’m trying to get him out of the street. I live super close and this use to be my go to Dutch bros. But I have better service at Starbucks. Extremely disappointed. Dutch bros has gone down hill with disrespect and entitlement.
For mediocre coffee or energy drinks and there’s 1 million other coffee shops around you would think that you wanted to treat all of your customers with dignity and respect but apparently Dutch Bros doesn’t stand by what they say when they stay at their customers always right I will not be ever going to Dutch Bros again

Went to this location as this is more convenient and nearby just for a quick pick me up in the day. Every time I've gone they're usually very good and the service is quick when receiving the drinks and I've not had a problem with the drinks up until the last week of ordering from Dutch Bros in this location. I've ordered my usual drink from this location and the last few times I've ordered my drinks through mobile order, they've continuously messed up my drink and the drinks often came watery and not fully mixed or added the correct flavors which comes off as not giving me the correct drink when I've gone to this location. The drink since has not tasted that great and I've struggled to even continue drinking the drink I've ordered due to the inconsistency within this location and I am not usually one to complain. I would come back again to this location but not for a while due to the staff struggling to make one of their common menu item drinks and lacking within the training department both in morning and afternoon shifts.

Pricey drinks that include way too much ice. The Dutch Bros are getting sneaky. Another way to increase their profits at the expense of customer satisfaction. I need to see if the app lets you modify how much of the very expensive ice is included. My cup was more than 2/3 ice which left less room for the liquid refreshment I wanted to drink.

Katelyn is the best barista in the NorCal area, we drive from Citrus Heights because she literally makes the best coffee out of all the other locations we’ve been to!!!!

Went there this morning to grab a coffee since it was a two minute drive from there to work and I was 15 minutes early. There were only 3 cars in the line so I figured it wouldn’t be too long of a wait. Well-I was wrong. Not a SINGLE car moved up for 15 minutes, nor were any drinks brought out to anyone in the line. I figured maybe they were just short-staffed, but normally when I’m at a dutch that’s short staffed, the people taking orders will go in and help make the drinks or at least bring them out but I didn’t see any of that. I heard all the girls inside laughing and yelling right before the car in the front finally moved up at 8:30-when I was supposed to be clocked into work but instead I was stuck in that line. As soon as I moved up to where the “escape lane” was I just left without my drink. $10 waisted. I’ve had my problems with them being slow in the past but this time was just ridiculous. It seemed to me like they were just chatting it up with whoever was in the car at the window the whole time since I didn’t even see a drink get passed out before that car finally left. I’m never going to this location again.
