Very unimpressive service and I am VERY unhappy with my experience. I mobile ordered around 7:30 this morning and I get to the store at 8 now I’m still waiting and it is 8:22 which defeats the purpose mobile ordering and need some severe improvements because this is unacceptable and I would have rather gone through the drive thru at that point.

Got a blended drink and it was liquid still with blended ice floating on top. I live across the street and I still go further to get a real drink instead of this place full of teenagers. Also garbage trucks come at 5:30 am almost everyday to take care of the dumpsters and it’s so unnecessarily loud. They bang that dumpster around while the doors swing around like crazy. Like we all live here before you can you please actually try to blend in with the community. God I hate this place, no food either just plastic cup trash everywhere and this is the first business in the commercially zoned area for over 10 years just selling energy drinks in a cup and sugar “coffee.” The city of Rocklin sucks for this only wanted the money doesn’t care about what the community wants. Also $7 drinks plus you beg for tips absolutely disgraceful business.

Very slow speed of service. I got an iced golden eagle and they forgot the espresso in it. I went back the next day because I had places to be after leaving. I talked to the manger and let her know and she said there was nothing she could do about it because I didn’t come back the same day. She told me company policy is you have to come back the same day. I wasted $7 on flavored milk for something that was not my fault. Dutch Bros should do better and adjust their policy. People are busy and have things to do! Sometimes we don’t have time to go back the same day. Especially if you know the service is very slow. I can go to Starbucks and they will immediately remake a new drink for me and make the moment right. Especially if it was a mistake on their end. Very disappointed to say the least.

This is the worst dutch location of all time. I was the 3rd car in line for over 35 minutes. The employees excuse was the car ahead had over 20 drinks. Then respectfully take the rest of our order in line and bring our drinks to the car every other location! I had screaming babies and places to be. This is unacceptable for such a short line. Do better please!!!! Enforce walk up for huge orders and for the love of God, make the e bikes PARK instead of driving to the window and blocking the drive thru. Not impressed.

Love dutch bros but this particular spot will wait until there is a very long line already devopling before they even send someone out, they should have someone at at 2-3 cars not 10+ ( btw it only 80* today)

I was disappointed with my recent visit to Dutch Bros as my drink did not match the pictured item, lacking the chocolate drizzle in my Cookie Dough shake and tasting unsatisfying. Additionally, the prices were excessively high for the three drinks I ordered (two small and one medium).
