Fire Wings Loomis - Rocklin

Got food poisoning last night from undercooked chicken! I’ve been to this restuarant and ordered the same flavor of wings many times but this was unacceptable, will probably go to Kiki’s next time. Thanks for not cooking my chicken all the way through guys!

Avoid this restaurant—it’s gone downhill!
I recently ordered a chicken sandwich combo to dine in, and the experience was disappointing from the start. The first table I sat at was filthy with grime, and while the second table was slightly better, it still hadn’t been properly cleaned. There was sauce and food on the floor.

The food itself was awful. The chicken sandwich was nothing like it used to be—it tasted freezer-burnt, and the patty was much thinner than it was 6-12 months ago. The garlic noodles tasted reheated and were equally unappetizing. After one bite of each, I couldn’t eat any more.

While the service was mediocre, the real issue is how far this restaurant has declined. I won’t be returning.

Absolutely the best Fire Wings location in the Sacramento (Northern California) region. The additional items on the Hawaiian menu are excellent, and the portions are generous! The wings here are prepared perfectly! The zucchini fries are better than any fried zucchini I've had anywhere. I wish the owner of this location would take over all of the surrounding locations as well because some of them are desperately in need of help and are giving Fire Wings a bad reputation.

Prices at this franchise have gotten out of control. They about doubled over the last 2-3 years with no improved quality or service. I left today because I am not willing to pay >$10 for a mini meal. The place is mostly empty now, and this, their price policy, may be why they don’t get the business they used to have.

This is the dirtiest café I've ever been to. The windows are smeared, the tables are filthy, and the floor is so dirty that the grime extends outside. When you're in this place, your shoes stick to the floor, and you end up tracking dirt onto the pavement outside. The staff are also unclean, which makes eating here unappealing

Soda machine not working properly (we were told we couldn’t even get water so we ended up getting our food to go) and AC also not working (it was the same temperature inside and outside). Atmosphere is gross, we went when there were 4 workers and only 1 other party inside and all the tables and chairs were filthy and sticky. Cobwebs everywhere! Service was very standoffish, not helpful when answering questions. The food was good but because of how the front facing areas looked it makes me concerned with the cleanliness of the back of house. I don’t think we will be returning.

Fire Wings is a definite winner when it comes to wings! Their wings are absolutely delicious. They are always fresh, hot, and bursting with flavor. The entire menu is consistently top-notch. What really stands out though is their outstanding customer service. From the moment you step in, you're greeted by friendly staff who make you feel right at home. It's rare to find such a great combination of food and customer service. Fire Wings is a must-visit!

Compared to when they first opened the place has gone way down hill. Food is ok but service and cleanliness is horrible. Floors sticks, tables sticky, soda machine not working correctly, ketchup pump filthy and broken. Crumbs and dust all over windowsills. Windows dirty. Outdoor seating unusable. Staff very slow and unfriendly. Hair in fries. I really enjoyed it when they first opened. Clean restaurant and good food. Now it’s the opposite. Would not recommend.

This is the local place to go other than kikis chicken in the area. It's fire wings you know what to expect if you ever been to one. The people are super nice here, the place is clean and wings per usual are good. Sometimes the person who is making this has a heavy hand and it's salty just ask for light seasoning. I'd give this place a 4-5 in that aspect. I am giving a solid -1 star for their additional menu they added to this location .Look if you're going to do Asian and Hawaiian food do it justice.we finally tried the Hawaiian plates and it was nasty. I mean 40$ for 2 plates is a lot of money to be disappointed for rice plates. They were out of short rib so we opted for chicken. The mac salad was gross. Definitely not Hawaiian. It was so sweet and creamy. Gross. The katsu chicken was cut nicely and Krispy but the sauce was drizzled over it. I wish we knew. Would have asked for it on the side. When doing take out it gets soggy. The teriyaki and bbq Chicken is heavily saucy like Chinese food. I'd rather just drive the extra 20 minutes and get real authentic lumpia and Hawaiian plates. We'll still come here for wings. I can't believe people think the Asian spin tastes good. Also we asked to sub the 2 scoops of rice for 2 scoops of Mac salad and 1 scoop of rice. Most Hawaiian places do not charge for this substitute and just do it. We got charged an additional 2$ just for this. Management needs to have quality control before adding any additional spins and make sure that it's close to authentic. Not the workers fault. They were lovely. It's the recipe and a management call.
