Just the place I stumbled onto one day while going to the bank at Wells Fargo. Even though you really can't see into the place I was more than pleased when I walked in for the welcoming atmosphere within. The interior is very clean and well-kept with an open kitchen that is visible for all to see. They also offer outside dining in a nice setting. Everything that I've ordered their tastes great and it's freshly made and on the plus side they offer peanut butter to put on my French toast which is the way I've always loved it since I was a kid. Not many places off of that. And on the side note the fragrance of the men's bathroom takes me back to when I was a child of the scent of the talcum powder that they use at the barber shop when I got my first haircut. I know that sounds funny but it's amazing how a certain scent can take you back years I'm 55 now and it just transported me back in time. Overall I'm sure you will enjoy the food and the atmosphere at Hot off The griddle. Sincerely Fred Shumake

This is a very nice local chain of brunch restaurants. I like their chicken fried steaks and their corned beef. My wife loves their biscuits and gravy. The patty melt is excellent and the fries are crisp on the outside and fluffy inside. The staff had always been friendly and personable.
This place is the BEST! We live a few miles from the HOTG in Natomas, but prefer to make the drive to Rocklin. Heather there is the absolute best :)

Came here after a busy day with my bestie. We both got breakfast items. Definitely wasn't impressed by the food. My fruit was moldy so I had to stop eating it. The eggs and waffle were just okay. She barely touched her potatoes or eggs.
Each of our breakfasts were $20 each.

Very good food. Smash burger style. Delicious grilled onions, tasty sauce. It seems to me that the place has two restaurants in one. Hot off the Griddle and Burger Bros. I liked everything about this place.
