Stopped by around 3:30pm and this is what was on the front (locked) door. How can you just leave in the middle of the day for lunch? Keep in mind I could see the workers through the window. I tried calling multiple times and nobody would pick up. Apparently they’ve never heard of a rotating schedule before.
Anyway, the other unfortunate part is we have been regulars for several years because of their gluten free options. Now they have taken away their daily menu online so we can’t even see what the options have. I guess that doesn’t matter though if you can’t access the building to buy anything in the first place.
After seeing the reviews it appears they are under new ownership. This form of business practice is not acceptable. You’ve lost another customer.

A year ago this was my favorite cupcake store, loved the cake and the frosting especially. However, recently the cupcakes haven't been up to the standard i was expecting based on prior visits and the price tag. I recently learned that the owners had changed to 'World Travelers Coffee' and to be honest since then its just been a downhill spiral from there.
It feels like they don't care for their product or customers any more :( The new owners clearly ruined a good product that honestly shouldn't have been changed? they took away all variety and the cupcakes in the case no longer look like how they do on the website. its jarring and saddening to see a once great dessert store become a disappointment.

She was a wonderful employee, went above and beyond to help me find this catering order that we had and even took the time to let me chase one of the vegan chocolate cupcakes. That was truly amazing. You keep up the good work over there and I will be coming back with my family so they can see what I was talking about ☝️💯👌

Went in at opening wanting st patricks cupcakes with my kids. I asked if any were available as I didn't see any in the case but there was a display on top of the case. The associate looked at me looked at the case and said does it look like it? Walked away started playing on her phone then answered the landline. Ignoring me completely i waited for another associate and he then said no I asked if I could order some he said yes but for pickup tomorrow afternoon. Craziest experience every for a cupcake shop to not have holiday cupcakes available and to be so rude for $8 per cupcake. Go to nugget market. So much better service and immediately available

I have been coming to this shop every Sunday for many months for my favorite cupcake. Now, new owners have taken over. They have removed the menu, so you never know what they have on hand.
Worse still, they removed the Snowball from the menu permanently I was told this past Sunday. I have put in several requests for them to bring it back, but apparently they do not value their customer feedback. They have now lost a weekly customer. I will no longer give this company my business. Want it back? Wise up and put the Snowball back on the menu.

Icing on the Cupcake in Roseville provided the desserts for my daughter’s wedding on September 14, 2024. We had cupcakes, personal pies, and a cut cake and they were all beautiful and delicious. Everyone raved about them. Stephanie personally sat down with us to help with the order and they delivered them to the venue the morning of the wedding and it was perfect! I would highly recommend.

Cupcakes are the bomb!! I can NEVER get enough!! Love the fact that they have daily specials but I’m partial to the lemon pucker up which has sweet buttercream icing and a lemon fill. No to be outdone is the orange dream, pinkalicious, milkyway, snickerdoodle and birthday cake! So many flavorful choices to choose from!! Oh and let’s not forget the icing filled oatmeal and sugar cookies!! AMAZING!! Highly recommend. You will not be disappointed.

so I went into I saw the cupcake located in Rocklin, and I ordered two of the blueberry cheesecake cupcakes because I wanted to take one to a friend of mine who said that that particular flavor sounded really good. Well, she called me up a little bit ago and said that there was literally no blueberry Filling in her cupcake. Mine had filling, but hers did not. So I called up and explain to them what happened and all she said was I’m really sorry that happened to you, I’m really sorry that happened to you. OK that doesn’t change the fact that I ordered two blueberry cupcakes and technically only got one. She says well. The cupcake should’ve had blueberry filling in it, and I said OK well it should have but it did not that’s why I’m calling. Once again, I’m sorry that happened to you. Oh I’m sorry, next time you come in we’ll go ahead and replace it for you. Then I started getting a little upset and she hung up on me. Worst experience ever.

First-time customer. The bakery smelled delicious upon arrival. Every day, the bakery menu changes. The cupcakes were delicious. We went especially for the gluten-free, and they did not disappoint. They only have one favor of gluten-free on the menu per day. You can order in advance more gluten-free. The cupcakes were soft, spongy, and airy. Not dry at all. I will be back during the week ? to try all the delicious flavors. The flavors are unique. I had strawberry cheesecake and cookies and cream. The gluten-free was confetti.

The cupcakes here are phenomenal. The cake itself is moist and they have a variety of flavors depending on the day of the week. For the cupcakes that have filling, the ratio is always spot on. The best part though is the frosting. It has got to be some of the best frosting I've ever had. I like some flavors more than others, but they are all delicious. Their name - Icing On The Cupcake - is so fitting in my opinion because after eating them...all you want to talk about is the icing on the cupcake. If you are reading this and wondering if the price will be worth it....yes it is, you won't want to go to another cupcake spot after trying them.
