I just went and ordered a burger and fries as well as a chocolate shake to go and the young man and lady working behind the counter acted like they couldn’t care less to be there. The prices are ridiculous, but I am in California because you guys think everything is made of freaking gold out here. I very seldom get out of my hotel room when I’m staying at the Surestay next door l, and when I decide to go get food and I am treated with the kind of disrespect that I received this evening it definitely does not want inspire me want to be a repeat customer for your business. The attitude that I received was unnecessary and people could be a little more friendly and cordial with the customers. I didn’t just spend $23 of my hard earned earn money to be treated like I was some kind of Scum of the earth just because I wanted to order some food. I will not be returning to that particular store.

I got a coupon in the mail for 2 combo meals for $12. I paid with a $20 and got back $4.48. I pointed out this was wrong as was told too bad, that’s what the computer says. So I gave back the food and got my $20 back and won’t go back again.

Ordered via the app. Waited 10 mins to get my order. Go inside they tell me order is not ready. While I'm waiting for my food to be made somome orders in the drive thu. Wouldn't you know it the app order that was put in 10 mins ago was made after the drive through customer. Lame excuses and no accountability or ownership by the staff for the issue of making food out of order. Won't be back .

POOR SERVICE…Here are 3 reasons why this place is bad and shouldn’t come here.First off they took way too long,to be precise 30 minutes for a 80$ order. Second off they got my lemonade wrong and changed it for a sprite.How do you get that wrong? Third off they got my chicken sandwich wrong and to top it off they gave everyone their food even though I was there first.

I placed an online order and asked for no taco sauce on 8 of our tacos and of course all of them had sauce. I use the app to avoid such mistakes like this. There is a gentleman that works there who always wears a hat and every single time I go he messes up my order. Won’t be coming back to this location.

I door dashed a $75 order for my family and I asked for extra lettuce in my tacos and I hardly got any lettuce at all, i ordered two milkshakes that came without straws and I ordered sides of ranch that are on my receipt but I received none!!! this is horrible customer service for this price and it makes me never want to door dash again and I definitely will not support this location ever again that is for sure

They did not want to honor their prices at their drive-thru all of the prices are off by $1.00. Asked at the window if they would honor their price and the guy just looked at me shruged his shoulders and said "I don't change prices there's nothing I can do." Never going back to this Jack in the Box again. Recommend everyone start looking at the prices. You're getting price gouged. Already called Placer County weight and measures to complain.

Quick and awesome. I went 8 years without Jack in the Box nearby and froze when I saw their tacos were still 2 for $0.99 while keeping the same quality!
