We had a great experience at this Jack in the Box! The food was delicious, and the workers were super friendly. We placed a large order, but everything was brought out quickly and accurately. Since we didn’t go inside, we can’t speak to the atmosphere, but the service and food definitely impressed us. Will be coming back!

Placed an order that included a Sourdough Jack and a Jumbo Jack no onions or pickles. Order totaled $34.14 After driving home 20 mins later I discovered that both burgers weren't in the bag. I tried to call multiple times and they never answered. The order guy never gave me a receipt.

I just went and ordered a burger and fries as well as a chocolate shake to go and the young man and lady working behind the counter acted like they couldn’t care less to be there. The prices are ridiculous, but I am in California because you guys think everything is made of freaking gold out here. I very seldom get out of my hotel room when I’m staying at the Surestay next door l, and when I decide to go get food and I am treated with the kind of disrespect that I received this evening it definitely does not want inspire me want to be a repeat customer for your business. The attitude that I received was unnecessary and people could be a little more friendly and cordial with the customers. I didn’t just spend $23 of my hard earned earn money to be treated like I was some kind of Scum of the earth just because I wanted to order some food. I will not be returning to that particular store.

I got a coupon in the mail for 2 combo meals for $12. I paid with a $20 and got back $4.48. I pointed out this was wrong as was told too bad, that’s what the computer says. So I gave back the food and got my $20 back and won’t go back again.

Ordered via the app. Waited 10 mins to get my order. Go inside they tell me order is not ready. While I'm waiting for my food to be made somome orders in the drive thu. Wouldn't you know it the app order that was put in 10 mins ago was made after the drive through customer. Lame excuses and no accountability or ownership by the staff for the issue of making food out of order. Won't be back .
