This was the first and last time I’ll visit this location (at least inside the restaurant). On a Thursday evening it took 20 minutes for my order. One of the drinks was only 3/4 full, one of the items I ordered was missing (I knew I should have checked), the hamburger bun was stale and tacos were paper thin. I see a lot of five star reviews for this place so maybe I went there on the wrong day/time.

I stopped at jack to get a quick bite after traveling all day and it was a GREAT Decision! Food Was Warm and gave me the sauce I asked plus what i enjoyed the most was how kind the 2 Lady’s were when they saw my dog and his cute pumpkin outfit! They gave us nice compliments and offered my furry baby a Cup Of Whip ! My dog was so happy !!! Thank you girls !!

I made is very clear I wanted no sauce on my burger, and I got sauce on my burger. The girl taking my order was also taking a drive thru order, I should have known to check my food before I walked out back to my hotel room with the food.

Should of known better but thought id grab something quick. Curly fries stale and old, tacos have about half the amount of meat should have can only eat half the taco lol. Bathroom was destroyed, only saw one other customers, it was basically empty at 6pm. Surprised this place is even open the way it looked and quality of food.

took too long to get food, didn't even get the right drink but was too annoyed to bother telling them after listening to 3 of them argue about my order not getting attended too and what it even was. fries were cold, sandwich looked like crap, overall waste of time and money. not gonna bother with them again. went to work annoyed and hungry

Stopped by Jack in the Box for a late-night snack, and I’m so glad I did. The service was surprisingly fast, even at 1 AM, and the employees were polite. I ordered the Sourdough Jack, and wow—it was fresh, cheesy, and had just the right amount of crunch from the toasted bread. Their curly fries are some of the best in the fast-food game. The dining area was well-lit and inviting, and even the drive-thru was well-managed. If you’re looking for tasty food at all hours, this place is a must!

They advertise as being open 24 hours, but never once have I gone there past 1-1:30AM and had them be open. And that depends on night. Sometimes they closed early as 1230. Always check on my way home down the street. And the times they are open, food isn’t even of decent quality. Always cold or seems rehearsed or stale as hell. Oh and sign always says open lol.

Would just like to say that who ever was in the drive through around 9pm. On 2/15/25 needs to learn customer service manners and not treat them with rudeness! Left after we ordered because she was very rude when we asked her why she was pressuring us to finish the order when clearly there was no one but us in the drive through. She then proceeded to tell us that it was her job to rush people and said if we wanted to cancel our order. VERY RUDE. I SUGGEST DONT GO HERE IF YOUR TREATED THAT WAY!
