Stay away if in a hurry. Ordered thru the app 10 minutes ahead, still had to wait 8 minutes. I get they may have been understaffed but this is not the first time waiting a long time at the clown store.

They advertise as being open 24 hours, but never once have I gone there past 1-1:30AM and had them be open. And that depends on night. Sometimes they closed early as 1230. Always check on my way home down the street. And the times they are open, food isn’t even of decent quality. Always cold or seems rehearsed or stale as hell. Oh and sign always says open lol.

Would just like to say that who ever was in the drive through around 9pm. On 2/15/25 needs to learn customer service manners and not treat them with rudeness! Left after we ordered because she was very rude when we asked her why she was pressuring us to finish the order when clearly there was no one but us in the drive through. She then proceeded to tell us that it was her job to rush people and said if we wanted to cancel our order. VERY RUDE. I SUGGEST DONT GO HERE IF YOUR TREATED THAT WAY!

I visited this Jack in the Box at 6691 Stanford Ranch Rd, Rocklin, CA, around 4:24 PM, and the experience was disappointing. The drink machine was out of order, service was very slow, and the atmosphere felt empty and depressing—like nobody cared.
The staff seemed stressed and overwhelmed, likely due to being understaffed. I overheard employees arguing after they messed up an order where a customer specifically asked for no lettuce but still received it. Meanwhile, every car in the drive-thru was being pulled around, causing even more delays.
When my order finally came out, it took longer than expected and tasted lackluster, like it had been sitting too long or wasn’t made with care. On top of that, I spent a lot of money that day, expecting better service and quality, but it didn’t feel worth it.
To make matters worse, the building itself seemed poorly maintained—I noticed a leak inside even though it was sunny outside, which shows a lack of care for the facility.
While the restaurant was fairly clean, the combination of slow service, unmotivated staff, neglected maintenance, and disappointing food made the experience frustrating. This location needs better management, staffing, and upkeep. As it stands, I wouldn’t return unless things improve.

Second time in a row i came out around 4:00 a.m. the system is not working
Tell me WHY this restaurant says “24 Hours” and yet i went at 5am, before work, and was told “we are not taking orders right now.” ??
No reason given! This has happened at this location before, a couple other times as well!
Dont say your hours are 24 Hours- if they aren’t!
I had to go to work starving, because its the only place “OPEN.” Its BS. Fix this problem pls!
Love the new crispy wings! It's cooked just right and tender. Not salted heavily, so you can enjoy it with your favorite sauces. I recommend the honey garlic Sriracha sauce. It's mild compared to common Sriracha brands. I always find the drive thru-speaker for ordering system as weak. I can barely hear the person taking the order. Otherwise, Mr. Box still doing a great job... though the prices are crazy these days.

Visited the Roseville location last night following a concert for a family get together and had the Smashed Burger for the first time. Was cooked thoroughly and tasted awesome - especially with the signature sweet smashed burger sauce ??
Excellent and fast service! Got the combo special (burger, fries and drink) for a reasonable price ($5.35 for small, $6 for double patties and $7 for triple patties). ???

I wanted to place an order using a coupon that came to me in the mail. The employee refused to accept it, after paying for my order in full, he started shouting at me that I was delaying the queue and then demanded to leave the drive Tru line and stand in a place near the store. When I refused to do this and said that I would wait for the order in the line, I was not given a decent swear word. My children got scared and started crying, I asked them to cancel the order to leave this not pleasant and not decent place, and they refused to do it. After that, I found the hair in the order, after that I was forced to throw out the order and write about it here.

2 times i’ve visited this location, both times ive asked for no taco sauce, and both times they’ve been practically oozing out sauce. Don’t bother coming here if you want any customization
