I just came in for the first time in so long to grab my favorite smoothie, was super bummed to find out they no longer make it. But, the two girls working were so kind and accommodating— they made a smoothie that was exactly the same just for me! I didn’t catch their names, but they were awesome. I really appreciated that. Thank you guys! I’ll be back :)

I stopped by Jamba Juice this afternoon and had a wonderful experience! From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by Stephanie, who took my order with a smile. She made my smoothie exactly to my liking—nice and chunky, just how I love it!

The location was impeccably clean, and the friendly atmosphere made my visit even more enjoyable. This is definitely one of the nicer Jamba Juice locations I've visited. I will certainly be returning again for more delicious smoothies!

I mistakenly thought that the staff would automatically discount smoothies 2 dollars because of the sign at the door offering 2 dollars off rainy day smoothies. When I noticed mine had not been discounted I asked about a refund for the 2 dollars and the female staff told me there's nothing she can do because the customer has to ask for the discount before they order. I work in customer service so I understand she's enforcing a policy she did not create. It is petty of Jamba juice not have their staff at least offer a larger smoothie (I ordered a small) or extra boosts or something to make up the 2 dollar difference without breaking policy and also having person centered customer service. I just asked for them to honor the deal they were offering. Unfortunately I will not return.

I placed an order online and arrived to pick it up at 8:30 AM, even though the doors were supposed to be open at 7 AM. When I got there, no one was present. Finally, someone arrived 20 minutes later and informed me that they had too many orders and couldn't fulfill mine. There was no apology or acknowledgment of the situation. The owner really needs to ensure that their staff is dependable enough to arrive on time and open the doors, or at least express regret for the inconvenience.

Ordered pick up on DoorDash: Smoothie was delicious and girls did a great job! They dont offer special instructions so I called to ask for whole milk instead of soy milk and they delivered. Had the dogs in the car so I needed to be in and out. They had my smoothie in the fridge so it wouldn't melt and ready to go.
