Had an amazing experience at Jersey Mike's in Rocklin today! They sent out a coupon for a free giant sub, no purchase necessary, and it was such a treat! Even with the line out the door, the staff was working incredibly hard, staying positive, and taking their time to make each sandwich perfect. The sub itself was absolutely delicious! Highly recommend checking them out if you're in the area.

What is wrong with you people? Do I look like Osama Bin Laden? Are you racially profiling me? I ask you for a specific sandwich and tell you EVERYTHING on it, MIKES WAY. Why the hell do you always ask me if BACON is ok? Why the hell is not ok? Are you looking at me and thinking maybe we need to ask? This is really messed up. Second thing, you ask me for my points number, for donation, for tips, and then you ask me how is my day going? Stop asking all those stupid questions and just let me zap my card, pay, and go. I don't want to get to know you or apply for a loan to a buy a house. Stop it people. I have travelled all over the world and never seen such stupidity.

Somehow the 15 minutes it took me to get my sandwich was the creepiest/ most uncomfortable experience of my life. Bad enough that i’m leaving a review.
Workers standoffish and rude even though I was the only one in there?? Very weird vibes and i felt extremely uncomfortable. After i ordered they started doing other things so i sat down and they kept staring at me. The owner came out a few minutes later and said something to them and then they started making my sandwich.
Not to be mean but they look/acted like what you imagine a serial killers to be like.
These jobs tend to suck so i usually give a ton of passes for exhausted/ burn out workers but this was different.
Their tone when talking to me was condescending and said multiple snide/sarcastic remarks about my singular sandwich i ordered.
I genuinely feel like they messed up my sandwich on purpose. My sandwich was missing onions and pickles which I explicitly asked for since they’ve messed up my order the last two times i’ve come to this location. I’ve been eating at this store once a week for a few years now.
Sad to see a company i’ve been getting sandwiches from since 2008 go downhill so fast since being acquired by Blackrock in January 2025.

Service was honestly terrible. I’ve been to Jersey Mike’s tons of times but this was the first time I’ve ever had awful service. Tall gentleman with a goatee was very rude and had very hostile behavior. He made us feel like a nuisance for being there. He rushed my sandwich and also got my order wrong and when going back to resolve it, again, he was super rude and acted as if me being there was an issue and wouldn’t even speak to me. I love jersey mikes but I will definitely not be returning to this location. 👎😕

Every Jersey Mike's I have ever been to usually has an awesome friendly staff, the staff at this location is quite different, they seemed really annoyed and incompetent. I tried to pay with a hundred dollar bill our order was close to 50 dollars, they would not accept a 100 dollar bill as payment. It was not a big deal I had smaller bills on me. We ordered 2 sandwiches, I got one and was waiting for the other. After waiting 15 mins. And the person that I was with already finished there sandwich. I decided to cancel my sandwich and ask for a refund, the man behind the counter was annoyed and had an attitude, he gave me a refund however I won't be going back to this location.
Glad to have this addition to this side of Rocklin. The sitting area is clean however the prepping area not so much. Sandwich was messy as well, but overall will be coming here again.
