Went to a different location than I normally do. Food was good as always. The salsa bar was limited. There were no onions, chopped jalapenos just the 4 sauces.

Gave it a shot 3 times over the years and the food, yes the food is the saddest attempt at Jimboys goodness I've ever had.
This time I emailed corporate about my experience literally 3 times and no one followed up and it's been weeks.
Might return to a jimboys in the future but never again this location.

They put the saddest amount of sour cream for the loaded taquitos. I've been to jimboys all over sacramento and they put way more at other location. If to love your taquitos with more than a little spoonful I suggest you find a better place.

I've been here and got the El Gordo Taco before, but today it looks very skim on the steak. I brought it to their attention to maybe get a bit more and was told they use a precise measure each time, Asked if I wanted to buy more...naw. What happened to give the customer a pickle?

Best tacos around. Fast food atmosphere, nothing special, but excellent service and great (ground beef) tacos. The burritos are great, just not what you're used to. Simple meat, bean, and (homemade) tortillas, not loaded and fat like American burritos. Go for the tacos!

I ordered a chicken bowl. All I got was a bunch of shredded, lettuce, and uncle, Ben's rice. I couldn't even find any chicken on there. The chicken must have been the cheese, which was hardly any of that. I found maybe five beans, and it was lukewarm.

I always get the fish tacos. however, this one did a horrible job . They didn't put the sauce in or gave the lime wegdes not to mention they were extremely grease this time
Do not order the Bean Taco Salad unless you want a children size salad. Very small. Salad was good buy a little bland.

Says they open at 11 online got here at 10:55. I was waiting till about 11:15 no one came to open the door . I looked in the window and an employee put on an apron and walked to the back completely ignoring me . Stayed a bit longer till about 11:20 the doors were still locked. The number that they have for the store online it is disconnected. They need to change the times online if they aren’t going to open till later.

staff was extremely unwelcoming. I got the Tahoe carnitas burrito and chips & guac. The guac is the worst I’ve ever had, it looks and tastes like they used all the old avocados to blend and pour into a cup. It’s extremely sour and unpleasant tasting. The carnitas tastes like actual dirt. Would not recommend to anyone

I am honestly surprised this location is still in business, this chain is otherwise good. When I went cashier used the same gloves as he did to prepare my food and handle money. I have been twice and although the food was mediocre, it was very salty on the second occasion. Corporate should step in. I do like the chain though.

Enchilada plate gave me diarrhea. Not going there again. Be warned. Bad service too, you do get a weird feeling but you're hungry so you go ahead. Gave me diarrhea and a rumbling stomach. Sunset Blvd location.
