Seriously loved Jon & Bob's!! We found this shop on a whim during a bathroom break on a road trip to a Christian retreat in the hills. The decor and aesthetic of the shop was really beautiful and peaceful, we also loved the scripture verses placed throughout and the staff was lovely. There is a huge assortment of flavors of frozen yogurt, ice cream, and shaved ice. The toppings all looked and tasted fresh and we had a great visit. I cannot wait to come back and try a different flavor, I got the Maui sherbet and it was super flavorful. See you again soon!

Came here tonight at around 8:30. The teenagers were friendly but more interested in messing around and closing at 10. They had shut down all machines except 3. Very sad because I love the Jon and Bon's in Chico. The atmosphere is here is completely different. Sadly, I won't be back.

If you want yummy yogurt, a positive atmosphere, and support a local small business then this is the place to go! Friendly, clean, helpful and attentive employees. I have gone in a few different times of day and always find a consistent trend - helpful employees, clean store and good variety of tasty flavors and toppings. We love to stop in at Jon and Bob's on a regular basis. They always have a great selection of yogurt and ice cream and great mixes on the yogurt machine. It's a positive atmosphere and the staff are always very friendly. We've always found it clean and welcoming. Would highly recommend this for a mid afternoon snack or after dinner treat.

Such a lovely frozen yogurt and ice cream joint. All of the times that my husband and I have gone and we've been greeted by friendly staff and I have been amazed at the number of flavors of ice cream as well as frozen yogurt. The prices are extremely fair and are some of the best in the area! So good to see small businesses and their hospitality

Great treats, great choices, great people! Are you a fan of ice cream? Here's your spot. Hankerin' for frozen yogurt? Here too. Grinding for shaved ice (sno cone for some)? Here they be!! Not only do they have great variety, they have awesome flavors! From perfectly simple chocolate to delishishly complex toppings, they have it all. Did I mention the staff? The nicest, friendliest, hardest working young people I've come across in ages. Thank you all for a wonderful visit!

Zero stars not even earned! The two young males working tonight were rude and the blonde guy wiped his runny nose and touched the ice cream. There weren't any customers in the store and neither one of them neither acknowledged me let alone asked if I needing anything. As I stood at the counter waiting for help the blonde guy was too busy sweeping the floors and the dark headed guy hid in the back ignoring me so he didn't have to help me, they reminded me of "**** and Dumber!" The place is dark and filthy so I'm glad they didn't help me because I probably would have gotten sick, especially with runny nose snotting on the ice cream. I asked who the manager was and told the guys they were very rude and management will be notified and all he could say was "noted" while sweeping the floors. I really don't know how businesses like this stay in business, poor customer service and filthy stores. I ended up going to BASKIN ROBINS 31 flavors 100 feet away! My advice "Stay away from this place!"

Super cute and fun shoppe with Hawaiian ice, ice cream and numerous yogurt flavors. The girl was very kind and nice and let us sample multiple flavors as we were having fun choosing. Really sweet atmosphere, thank you for being BOLD! We will defiantly be back maybe every day! YUM YUM YUM YAY our new fun yogurt place close to home.

Not impressed. Very light with the toppings and they’re costly. The yogurt is poured circularly so there’s a gaping hole in the center. Yogurt itself was tasty but I’d rather make my own so I’ll stick with NuYo
Enough with the religious indoctrination ffs. Christians are the most hateful and judgmental humans in existence. I won't give this place more than one dollar or one star. Their manager promotes a CONFEDERATE FLAG!!! Need I say more??

Just a very disappointing business that's in decline. This might actually be the nastiest yogurt shop I've ever been to. No wonder they had to have a health violation posted by the door. The yogurt and ice cream itself was just very mid and usually below average. The only thing that keeps this from being a 1 star is some of the employees that were very pleasant to deal with but I don't think they even work there anymore.

Not a good experience at all. First off, the place is filthy, nasty, and so on. I mean straight up disgusting. The store owner should be embarrassed. Looks like they haven't cleaned the walls or floors in months. If the store front is that dirty I'd hate to see what it looks like in the back where customers are unable to have a line of sight!!Secondly, the employee wouldn't let my 4 year old daughter use the restroom. She's literally doing the potty dance in front of the guy and he said they didn't have one so we were forced to run next door to panda express. Even though, I can totally see it in the back of the building with an employees only sign.Jon and Bon might want to invest in cleaning supplies and employee training. We will not be returning. Probably need to start a round of penicillin asap.

Other then some of their flavors missing and some broken machines the people that work here are really nice and gave me and my kids some extra things for the road. The portions are different but the content is good. They have lots of toppings which my kids love. If you come around 12ish it shouldn't be packed.

Massively avoid. They have about four flavors of yogurt as the rest of the machines are broken. Shaved ice machine doesn't work. Even if it did they are out of about half of their shaved iced flavors. Not just a one time situation either as it has been mentioned in other reviews. To avoid getting sick frozen yogurt and machines have to be cleaned and kept at certain temps. Imagine if they can't keep things in order how those machines are being treated. Avoid.
