The restaurant looks old and gross. The service was minimal and the food was god aweful. The peanut sauce was aggressively watered down the rice was undercooked and flavorless. The chicken teriyaki and pork spring rolls were just bluntly nasty. Do not recommend and will not be going

Me and my family have been to many Pho places and this one was quite disappointing seeing how high it’s rated. ““The cost” of pho is 10-13$ the portion is not satisfactory at all for what you pay, some pho places you would pay 15-16$ and you get a very large bowl about double the size they give you here) where you would finish your noodles first before the meat ( and that’s amazing). The meat portion is not balanced with the noodles. I was given 6 small cuts of brisket and that’s it. I assumed they are rated well for their rice meals which I haven’t tried. If you want pho this is not the place, I recommend to look elsewhere, I’d say it’s worth it to pay an extra 4-6$ where you’d get some vegetables a large portion of meat and noodles with the right amount of broth and feel overly satisfied with the food.“Taste” is decent but given that I’ve been to many pho places I’d say it’s pretty disappointing. There’s definitely way better places out there. I normally wouldn’t modify the broth/ taste bc i see it as respect to how the chef made it. This one i felt the need to modify it.“The wait-time” it took about 35-40 mins for the food to come out. It’s longer than normal but ig it could be bc it wasn’t a busy day. Broth is usually cooked in batches. it did feel weird though that the people that came in later and ordered later got their food about 10 mins before you get yours. They had pho as well.“Customer service” was not that helpful. All he wants to do is hear the number of your order and he’s gone. “Just tell me the number”(while pointing at the menu)

The food was great and the service was fast. What I enjoyed the most was simply that the place wasn't jam-packed with people. I was able to enjoy a nice meal with my wife and could have a conversation without yell over the top of others.
I don't know if it's because we're white but we were treated awful, asked for a bit more jalapeños and the waiter just split the jalapeños we already had onto two plates. Real slick my guy. Old dude with a hunchback was extremely rude and ignored us. Only white people in the restaurant and we were the only ones given forks and not chopsticks LOL. Just awful service.

Effing best food for the money. Nice guys but might get one water refill. The #10 PHO is excellent. Prices went up but still a great value. Best to go. Highly recommend the food.

The food is delicious and very reasonably priced! The portions are also good. But I really think they could charge 50 cents more per item and put the money into improving and decorating the place. At least hang some pictures or decorations on the walls. Also the men's bathroom is very run down. I think if they invest it just a little bit more money, they would get more business. Especially since they are surrounded by mostly upper middle class neighborhoods. They might not understand that Americans might be sensitive to a rundown bathroom. It might be embarrassing to bring a first date here and have him use that bathroom. But the staff is very friendly and the food is great!
Food was good but different from what I expected. We typically frequent another place at foothill and junction in roseville which has been very good for many years. I would say this place is similar. Our waiter was having some difficulty and seemed to be in less than a good mood but the manager was a real nice guy. We will come back when in the area again.

Wife and I come to this restaurant all the time staff knows I have gluten allergies. Order takeout tonight and owner doesn't care that he messed up. Came back he gave me severe attitude about it. Honestly I don't know about the rest of you guys in the world but I don't like being treated like Trash.
