So WTH happened to KFC? What a SHITHOLE! We had a place in Rocklin, CA that was nasty and of course we stopped going there and eventually the place closed down. Then we started going to another one located in another part of Rocklin and we were very pleased with it. But, just went there to grab some food for dinner and it has now also turned into a shithole. The chicken was horrible and they didnt get the order right and when the food was returned and the correct order was given - it was awful! Never again will we go to any KFC and I will spread the word to all I know!

THIS KFC IS BOARDED UP AS IF DECEMBER 2022.The food is okay, but the problem with this establishment is....it is so dirty! Tables, seats, floor, bathroom. I have been here, because my husband likes the chicken, but cannot recommend it, because your feet stick to the floor, you have to wipe the table before you can sit at it, the soda counter never gets washed down, even the salt and pepper container is filthy .

Finally a KFC with more than two employees! I've never been to this location before and I had no reason to think it would be any different than the other spots in Rocklin and Auburn. Except, it is. There were at least 4 employees on a Friday evening! Possibly more that I couldn't see. The food came out quickly and politely. I've never been so surprised. It's possible this was a temporary fluke but I'm choosing to think that this KFC might be the one that doesn't absolutely suck.

Awful awful chicken. Tastes like it's fried in old bitter oil. Possibly refried. Probably old chicken pieces A good restaurant knows how much will be bought each day and cooks accordingly. This place apparently cooks too much and serves it the next day. PLEEEEEZE. KFC, find some good managers & get your original recipe back. For heavens sake. We were the only ones in the restaurant. Not a good sign. "Buttery Spread" "Honey Sauce" I will say your biscuits were good. Light and fluffy with a crunchy exterior. Your ad for a bowl of chicken nuggets with corn does NOT look appetizing You need help.

Ordered in the drive thru no one was there and was asked to go around the front to wait for the chicken. I parked they brought the food which the strips were cold so I’m guessing the popcorn chicken was hot. Missed to bring utensils, napkins and the ranch. Go inside got totally ignored even thought they saw me. Kept talking to each other and I said excuse me. Nothing so I raised my voice and said it again. This is not my first experience here that’s been bad but it will be my last. If I acted like that at my job I’d have no job. Follow the and acting like you care is important.

KFC usually is my favorite fried chicken fast-food restaurant. But more and more fried chicken fast-food restaurants are open, and many have better tastes and prices. I'm not going to KFC very often anymore. I decided to have my lunch at this KFC because it shows up at the right time and in the right location. I was the only customer when I walked in at noon on Sunday. My order was ready a few minutes after I placed the order. The service is fast, and the dining room is clean. I ordered half Original and half Crispy. They are both pretty tasty on the skins, but not the meat inside. The chicken meats are tasteless! My cup of Diet Pepsi is also watered down! The chicken and drink are not matched to their competitors. I hope at least they will fix their soda machine next time when I'm there!

Chicken is good as always. Biscuits seemed smaller but they were still delicious. Great comfort food. Only bummer was it was the middle of the day and the dining room was closed. I realize good help is hard to find but come on when it's the middle of a workday and you are on your lunch break you shouldn't have to drive a few blocks to the restaurant because only drive through is open.
