Kiki's Chicken Place

Just tried this place for the first time! I had the chicken tenders, sweet potato fries and the macaroni salad. SUPER YUMMY! The service was great and items are made fresh! I will definitely be back!

Ordered takeout from Kiki’s Chicken and called back to ask if it came with ranch. The person on the phone said, “You didn’t ask for it.” But the issue is—they never asked me if I wanted any sauces or extras when I placed the order. Basic customer service would be to at least ask if I want sauces or anything else, especially when it’s something that usually comes with the meal. Whole experience just felt careless. Won’t be coming back.

Food is pretty good. I wish they used more of the sauces on their food. Can be a little dry at times. The chicken does taste high quality and the tots are great.

Q was really cool, and he had a great customer service he was by him self today and they were so busy so he had to get all the orders by himself and he was very quick and kind.

Nice little chicken spot! I'm glad I came here while I was in the area. I would recommend this place instead of the Raising Cane's nearby. Mainly because it's a small business, but also because they have a wider selection of sauces and dishes. Will definitely be back when I'm in the area again.

Asked for a 4 chicken tender combo, received a 6 wing combo. when asked for what I ordered, I got my 4 tender combo back. Shortly after the owner/manager dude stormed to my table and kind of aggressively implied I was trying to skimp them out of 2$ (the difference between the 4 tender and 6 wing i guess). When I tried to tell him that I did in fact ask for a 4 tender combo he continued aggressively saying I ordered the 6 wing. I have my friend as witness that heard me ask for a 4 tender combo lol. Overall just aggressive for no reason, food is always great tho!

Absolutely top tier service.

Having never eaten at Kiki's before, on the recommendation of a friend I placed an online order for delivery at dinner time last night. I am gluten and dairy intolerant, which I mentioned in the comments of my wings combo. While I was waiting, I received a call from the manager, letting me know that at Kiki's the wings contain both gluten and dairy, and then he listed menu items that would work for my dietary restrictions. Now it so happened that the rest of the food was already ready, and the dasher had shown up for my order by that time (Honestly pretty fast if you ask me, which is a good sign for the next time I order). In order to make sure the dasher was able to meet their timelines and the rest of my party was able to get the food while it was hot and fresh, he sent the rest of the order out with the dasher and then took his own time to deliver me some grilled tenders and french fries, and assured me once again that they were completely gluten free.

As a person with dietary restrictions, I was so impressed that: not only did they have options I could eat, but they went out of their way to inform me, and make it so I could eat Kiki's that same night! I greatly appreciate how they made me feel like a valued customer.

Additionally, the food he brought was downright tasty, both the chicken and the fries. I couldn't stop eating them!

Food is delicious and they were fast at making it as well. The workers have all been nice when I have gone in. Loaded fries are the best.
