Best boba in Rocklin! Lovely Filipino hospitality! We ♡ Kultura!
Great boba, great food, great deserts, great vibe!!!
Why would you have a restaurant that closes early on the weekends? That makes no sense.

Ricky and his team catered a high school graduation party for my two daughters with amazing Filipino food and made to order halo halo for about 50+ people!! They came to our home, set up the food, made halo halo for everyone and also cleaned up. It was such a great experience and I highly recommend their food and drinks to anyone looking for great Filipino food or even just a cold drink and dessert. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars ⭐️ They really went above and beyond and we are so grateful!!
Dietary restrictions: They even made the pancit vegetarian and GF!!!

This is my favorite boba place in the Roseville area (and possibly my favorite of all time). The folks who work there are always so lovely, the drinks are top notch and the place itself is relaxing and laid back. Not to mention the food is amazing, my personal favorite is the spam plate. If you're a boba lover try their new Calamansi Mango Tea, Definitely recommend!

Kultura Cafe offers a warm, inviting atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at home. The staff are exceptionally friendly, always serving with a genuine smile. Their menu boasts a wide variety of authentic Filipino dishes, and their boba tea is undoubtedly one of the best in town. My son gave their halo-halo a perfect 10/10, which speaks volumes about its quality. They also have several drink specials that are worth trying, and their merchandise is a nice touch. Kultura Cafe is a gem that I highly recommend to everyone looking for delicious food and great service.

I come here for the green tea ice cream as i struggle to find places that have some, let alone some thats actually good. They usually aren't super happy with me for ordering two scoops with no cone. I should also note the most they will let me buy is two scoops, and i do not like cones. I went in today and asked for the two scoops of green tea ice cream and no cone. It was $8 before tip, and i did tip even though it's just scooping ice cream. To the point, both scoops were freezer burnt and ruined the entire cup of ice cream. they also hid thats what they were giving me with how they scooped it. In my honest opinion it's incredibly rude to know exactly how much you are charging for ice cream, and then KNOWINGLY giving someone some thats a literal waste of their money. It is your job to give me a product I'm happy with because I'm paying for it, not to waste my money and give me something thats sub-par and not eatable because I may be inconveniencing you with what i'm ordering.

Stumbled upon this place and the experience was wonderful. I ordered the Kaldereta rice plate and bf ordered the Lechon Kawali rice plate. Portion was great for the price! Each plate comes with heaps of rice, sauce, and
pickled radish on the side.
The Kaldereta had chunks of tender beef stewed with potatoes and carrots. Super flavor-able and filling. Lechon Kawali was crispy and delicious! The meat to rice ratio was perfect.
We also ordered a few appetizers, 12 piece lumpia and cheese powdered fries. The lumpia was nice and crispy and the cheese powder on the fries had a subtle sweetness.
Before we left we ordered the sago gulaman and
pandan mochi waffles to share.
The sago gulaman was incredibly refreshing and
aromatic. The mochi waffles had that yummy mochi texture, the coconut shavings and condensed milk on top added the perfect amount of sweetness.
The place was clean and inviting with soft music playing in the background, they also had a display of merch selling cool little things like boba plushies, stickers and T-shirts.
My bf had a conversation with the owner Ricky before we left. He was very kind and sincere. We left the place hoping for nothing but success for this small business!
Can't wait to tell all our family and friends and bring them by to support this wonderful establishment!
