Five star for the food, we ordered others but here are some highlights, lumpia- hot crispy and good, sinigang pork- was delicious and we are very picky- soup is flavorful and clean, pork was soft and taste clean, the lechon kawali was tasty, fresh and clean and crispy. Pork adobo was good too but the highlight is that food taste clean and just some right. The owner/cook came out and was humble and friendly made us feel at home, especially we were just passing through town from Tahoe.
4 stars for service because as business owner myself, I’d like to know where I can do better because the service can only improve, it would have been great if ther person taking the order could have made recommendations when someone is unsure, and customers expect for the person taking orders to know what they are serving but the owner made up for it by bringing the food out and connecting with us. Bravo Ricky!
5 star atmosphere for cleanliness and for its chill vibe. I would have enjoyed it better with some cool music playing in the background because you know us pinoys we love that fun vibey atmosphere!
Congrats Ricky and overall we had a surprisingly great experience ! Thank you!

the pork BBQ was stunning and calamansi and mango graham float drinks were perfectly refreshing
Place is small but you can dine in. The chicken adobo and arrozcaldo was delicious . My husband was surprised that it was that flavorsome. The halo halo ice was finely shredded and taste good with shredded coconut toppings. Over all the food is 5/5.

Food was fantastic. Not far from my work in Roseville. I grew up in the Phillipines and surrounded by the culture, eaten many dishes in my life. Its top notch for sure. Ordered lumpia, pork sinigang and Arros Caldo. Our male server was very kind and accomodating. I will be back sooner than later! Thank you for the delicious meal.

It is rare to find a good filipino restaurant and that is why we can say that Kultura Cafe was truly an awesome find! The atmosphere is a little modern and reminiscent of bubble tea cafes and a large portion of their menu is just that - bubble tea. The entire restaurant was very clean, including the bathroom which was spotless! But it was the filipino entrees that caught our attention and earned them a 5-star review. The list of entrees was limited and from experience that was a good sign. We tried the tapsilog and it was by far the best tapsilog that we have ever had in the U.S. and the Philippines. My wife also had the halo halo. She is a connoisseur of filipino desserts and rated it highly! The chef did substitute toasted coconut for pinipig, but it worked well! I went pretty far out on a limb an tried the mango-calamansi-honey tea - and it was pretty good. We just left and we are already looking forward to go back. We did learn that this is a new set of owners that just bought the restaurant two years ago. We can only wish them the best of luck!

Great local find for Filipino food. Not many, if any really, in the area. The only place I can think of is Oriental Market. Big portions, the peach mango slush was refreshing. Will definitely come here again and again.

The food flavor wasn’t hitting the right spot for me. Acharra was dry and flavorless; same for the lumpia. Tapsilog was so so. Staff were very friendly and fast. Place was very clean. There’s parking in the complex. The ube drink with brown sugar was ok - now I know it’s really sweet. They have various desserts. Food is served in plastic containers with plastic cutlery and cups.

The food is so yummy and cooked to perfection! I was drooling over the food while eating it! Ricky is so nice and talented, and his staff is great!
Casual spot, order at the counter, best Filipino food in the area by far!
I didn't enjoy my boba drink too much. The ice was chunky and the flavor was okay, but the boba was cooked well. I will come back and try another drink.
I'd prefer if they didn't use Styrofoam and plastic utensils even for dine in. But I totally get it if it's a temporary thing that is a staffing or equipment issue.
Overall because of the food, I love this place!
Great customer service and the food was delicious ordered the singing pork I believe and the oreo waffle ice cream omg amazing will def be back every chance I get...
We ordered beef kaldereta plate and it was delicious even there pork belly sisig is so good and they added on the plate with 2 lumpiang shanghai. This is my first time to try mango honey calamnsi but without a tea it so worth it you should try it. The customer service is on top. Staff is very friendly. We just visit our family here in folsom. I'm very satisfied of my order. Thank you ! We will for sure gonna come back.
