Delicious, quality food. Their eggs benedicts are the best I've ever eaten. Perfectly poached eggs with a delectable hollandaise sauce. Hashbrowns are crispy, biscuits and gravy are massive and filling, Maui waffles are a treat, and they have many delightful mimosas to try. I ate here for breakfast and was full the rest of the day.

Not for anyone with dietary restrictions. Weird that in 2024 there aren’t any plant based options especially given where they are geographically. Waited 20 min to be sat which wasn’t anyone’s fault however we were ignored upon being seated. And they A/c was completely down causing us to sweat through our clothes

Horrible Experience Just had one of the worst breakfast experiences I have ever had at Mario's Early Toast off Rocklin Road. This is very sad because I have patronized the Early Toast at Rocky Ridge Plaza numerous times and have also had a wonderful experience. This was my first time at the Rockin Road location. From start to it was horrible. Sunday, 12:45 pm, not overly busy, no waiting and we were seated right away. The Hostess or should I just say the individual who sat us acted as if he did not want to be there and seemed to be put out to do his job. No greeting, no pleasantries not even a smile. It took a while for the server to come by. Wife ordered a cappuccino and it was quite sometime before it arrived. Food order went fine. When the food arrived the French toast was cold, so cold the butter would not even come close to melting. Both orders of hash browns were extremely cold. Bacon was ordered "well-done, extra crispy?" It arrived practically raw. Sausage was lukewarm at best. Both egg orders were fine. It was like they plated everything on cold plates, and the food sat around awhile before they plated the eggs. I am not one to complain about my food or the service during my meal. Primarily, because I never give anyone a second chance to get my food right. Something that should be right to begin with. Nor will I give anyone an opportunity to contaminate remade food. But, the bacon was so under cooked I had to bring it to the attention of the server. He checked what he submitted and let me know it wasn't his fault but would ask for a side of bacon well done. It came out charcoal black. That was it! I was done! Wife requested to-go containers for her leftovers. This restaurant is in serious need of management who care about what goes on in their establishment. Also needs a training staff who can get the personnel trained properly. The Cashier was less than friendly as well. She must have been trained by the same individual who trained the Hostess. The one positive was, while leaving a young lady, server noticed the carryout containers and said "here let me get you a bag for that." She was very pleasant and she even was smiling. Hopefully, this is not the new norm for the Early Toast restaurants and the Rocky Ridge Plaza establishment has not succumbed to these same practices.

10/10 get the gluten free waffle! The latte was huge and yummy and everything was so fresh and healthy! Loved it!
The staff was very friendly and pleasant! Waitress was great, atmosphere was decent, the style was nice but the kitchen was super loud. The problem was the food. Ordered a monte cristo that was very bland and dry. A philly cheese steak also bland and dry, worst philly cheese steak I have ever had. Also ordered some dilapidated and charred onion rings. Terrible quality of food and at a price that makes it inexcusable. This place has some good things going for it. Unfortunately the most important thing (the food), needs to be fixed. Please go somewhere else. If you like food, you will be happier almost anywhere else. I will not be back!

The food was excellent! We had previously been to the Roseville location and love the food. Both (Rocklin/Roseville) had amazing food, and all the servers and front of house staff are always happy and helpful even when the restaurant is packed.
Vegetarian options: They have such a large menu they can make accommodations to plates etc.

;D maybe do Chille Relleno dish on special holidays or specific days of the week. I know this would add more prep work to the kicthen/staff. But had to try ;D
Also, I'd love to see a steak and shrimp burrito(Surf N' Turf) served "wet style" w/your Chile Verde green sauce on your menu one day ;D??
Also our server had a great idea for a ""Horchata cold brew"! ???

We were staying at the Best Western next door and overslept and missed the free hotel breakfast. I've been wanting to try Early Toast for some time whenever I'm in the area and today was the day! I ordered the Maui Fresh Toast to share with my son ( a very picky eater) and we loved it! The portion was enough to feed us both and fuel us for the day ahead! It was ready in 10 minutes too!
