Nice and clean. The layout is simple and easy to follow. Traffic can flow in one direction. Fruit was fresh and cut nicely. The staff were friendly and helpful. No complaints!

Great frozen yogurt fun toppings

I can't get what happened to me last week at this Menchie's out of my mind, so feel like I need to post. I came in just after 9 p.m. and the store was empty except the two girls working there. I went to make my yogurt and looked down to find a roach - yes, a cockroach - on the floor by the yogurt dispensers. Bad enough, but the girl working there, then stomps on the bug and smears it across the floor. It was DISGUSTING and I was shocked. She says, oh sorry. I'm still gagging a week later thinking of it and know I would want to know that there are roaches in this store and probably the whole strip mall there. I paid for my yogurt that night but tossed it in the nearest trash can. WILL NOT BE BACK.

This menchies has the absolute best staff. They always smile and are very courteous and customer oriented. There is one young lady in particular who really stands out but my wife and I see her pretty much on a weekly basis and my wife and I both agree she is employee of the year; her smile makes every interaction a great customer experience along with enjoying the best ice cream in town.

Before you go here. Be aware that they are scamming Sam's Club and other places that sell gift cards. They will not accept them. Essentially they are receiving money but not delivering the product.Second of all the last time I was in here there were a bunch of losers licking their finger before pulling on the ice cream levers. Will not be returning. And will be returning all of the gift cards we bought and reporting it to the retailers so they know to stop selling gift cards to menchies.

Always great yogurt and a nice selection of yogurt flavors. Not to mention plenty of toppings to change up the flavor of yogurt everytime I go there!!! If you like frozen yogurt, this place will not disappoint!

I am working for doordash for 3 years and tonight I took order form this places and the employee ask me for hot bag for ice cream ? is that make any sense and he was not ready to give me a order without a hot bag for ice cream ?

Great yogurt. They always have 10 flavors daily, and one of those is ALWAYS DOLE PINEAPPLE WHIP. I just Love this stuff. I take home a quart of it everytime I stop in.They also have fabulous toppings & sauces.
