Used to come to this establishment often, not anymore. The unthinkable occurred...a HAIR in my frozen yogurt. Yes you read correctly, a human hair in my frozen yogurt. A catastrophic turn of events, will NOT be back. The employee working stated that there must have been some in the machine since there were hairs in multiple bowls of frozen yogurt.

Stop by after driving in the heat! It was Wednesday and we didnt know they have a special Wednesday $5 The young lady didbt even tell us about it! Stupid Thank you for the response.. yes i was there between those hours. I ask the young lady if i can use the special deal she said No coz i already paid!

Nice and clean. The layout is simple and easy to follow. Traffic can flow in one direction. Fruit was fresh and cut nicely. The staff were friendly and helpful. No complaints!

Went this afternoon (Saturday) around 2:45. I love Menchie's and they're just not many around any longer.It wasn't very busy, a few people sitting outside eating and a few came in as we were sitting outside as well.I was very disappointed in the cleanliness. Many toppings empty and not refilled. Cherry syrup all over the counter, running down the cabinet fronts, the door and windows were covered in handprints, and the chairs were so filthy we chose not to sit inside.I feel like businesses such as Menchie's should have a cleaning night or if need be, close for a day to do a very thorough deep cleaning.The yogurt is always so delicious but the appearance of the place made me wonder what the back area must be like.I will check in again at some point and hope things have improved.

This has been our family favorite frozen yogurt place since the day this location opened. The yogurt tastes great and we enjoy the choices of toppings. The employees have also been nice and friendly. However, in recent months, we've noticed that there is always at least one yogurt machine empty, yogurt drips underneath each machine with napkins piled up to catch the drips, sticky floors, sticky scoops in the toppings, and toppings scattered all over the sticky counter tops. The table and chairs inside and outside of the store are always dirty as well. It makes us question whether the toppings and the yogurt itself is sanitary for consumption. I hate writing this review because this has always been our family's favorite place to get a treat but this location has really gone downhill and it makes us sad. Management needs to take a look at their store and ask themselves, "Am I proud of the appearance of my store?" and "Would I take my family here?" Instead of paying your employees to stand and wait for customers, advise them that cleaning is also part of their job description.

Sorry about this but they have more of a variety of flavors and toppings then tango, but they're honestly both really good frozen yogurt shops. Menchies and tango are my go to when I have a sweet tooth.

We love coming to Menchie's, however our past visit was full of dirty counters, sticky chairs, messy cold toppings, and filthy floors. It was very dirty inside and out and the toppings definitely needed attention. The staff were so friendly and the yogurt was amazing, but the facility really would have done better with an additional employee to keep the place clean and orderly.

I was happy to see low carb and no sugar Yougert. I wish they had sugar-free toppings. They also need to keep an eye on their fruit. My daughters and I wanted fruit with the yourgert, but the fruit was moldy or had a discolored.
