What is there not to love! The selections are top notch and the customer service is outstanding. My favorite place to unwind with a snack and Kombucha drink.

What an amazing place, atmosphere and experience. 10/10 recommend. Also, the best vibey music ever. Everyone that works here is the sweetest, most friendly and kind human I have interacted with ever. They just won ALL of the awards for hard kombucha at the brewers cup. Beer is fire. Wine is fire. Kombucha is FIRE. People are amazing. The vibe is great. You must go 😍

From the moment you step in the door of this magically charming oasis, you feel at home. The decor has the perfect combination of industrial production and a cozy she cave. The ferment creations, both food and libations, are perfectly balanced and delicious. Whatever your preference for libations, there is something you'll enjoy. The owners and staff are so kind, knowledgeable, and loving. You will find this spot to be your escape when you just need a break. Seriously, you won't regret stopping by.

Mindscape is one of those places that make me truly happy to live here. It’s a friendly, open space where you can have a conversation or sit by yourself and just reflect on life. I can’t think of any other place that offers delicious 3% alcohol delights, and as someone who enjoys a drink but doesn’t like to feel drunk it’s heaven. The menu varies from beer to kombucha to seltzers to kefir water, and while I have yet to try the food here it always looks good! We love, love, love this place! They always use seasonal ingredients and come up with great specials. Great selection of kombuchas, beers and probiatic sodas. And the owners and staff couldn't be nicer. We come weekly.

Mindscape Fermentations is hands down the most special brewery I've ever been to—and it's no secret why. The two Laurens who own and run it are exceptional humans, blending kindness, hospitality, and lighthearted conversation with an incredible skill for brewing and fermentation. They have a rare gift for making everyone feel welcome, creating a true community within their space. The beer is always fantastic, crafted with such precision that there’s zero room for imperfection. And beyond the drinks, the atmosphere is light and positive—no dark, dungeon-like tavern vibes here! They also go the extra mile to support local artists, rotating artwork for sale and hosting a variety of events that make this place feel even more vibrant. I never saw myself as someone who would frequent a brewery, but the people here feel more like family, and that’s something I’m truly grateful for. Thank you, Mindscape—love y’all!

The Mindscape team are the best. Seltzers, kombuchas, and beers (along with their food) are all excellent. Charlotte, the Laurens, Darla, and their new jeune, Darian are really good at what they do, from making delicious beverages and food, to hosting cool events at their brewery.

Amazing Kombucha 🍷

We tried this place out finally, we have been meaning to try it for sometime now. We loved it! Great drinks and great food. Love the healthier twist to the menu. Alot of the drinks are actually functional and offer nutritional value. We also loved the very unique fermentation concept. We will be back for sure!

We had such a fun time here. We got to enjoy several different Kombuchas and got to learn about them as well. Their flavors are unique, creative, and most of all taste amazing!
