Everything tastes like fun here. Beer, seltzer, and hard kombucha. Really liked Day Trader and Fortune Teller, but everything I tried was good.

This microbrewery is a great local establishment with an amazing variety of beverages. I had a sample of many of them and found a great seltzer and their IPA was my favorite. Everyone of the staff I encountered were very friendly and helpful in suggesting things to try.

I will be sure to share my experience with my friends and neighbors to give this place a try. They are very conveniently located on I-80 and lots of parking. They also have some great snacks and they even let you bring in your own food! So, next time you’re looking for a good place to go for an adult beverage that accepts kids and dogs give Mindscape Fermentations a try.

This place is one of our all time favorites! I love that they have delicious non-alcoholic options too. And the food is insane. We ended up ordering everything on the menu and loved it all. Definitely check them out next time you are in the area. This is our go-to spot.

I love walking into Mindscape. Its beauty with all the windows and plants give me such a chill vibe when I walk in. The staff is super friendly and attentive. They are so quick to offer a taste of their new concoction. My favorite are the seltzers….they can really sneak up on you but Lauren makes them so delish! I also love the gut shots especially the spicy green bean…yum! They have been amazing for my stomach! I also love the hummus, the paninis….i mean it’s all really good to be honest. Everything at mindscape is so unique and special. I recommend them to everyone I know.

Cute place near Green Acres. Lots of selection, the hard kombucha is great, but they also have beer, seltzers and wine! Very flavorful and fresh tasting drinks, probiotic soda for the kids! I love their onion dip and spicy hummus, perfect snack to pair with your drinks. They have a selection of board games to keep the kids entertained. Would definitely recommend!

Hands down one of my favorite spots around. The staff here is awesome — super friendly, down-to-earth, and they actually know their stuff. Every beer I’ve tried has been top-notch (Leezard King is a must), and the food hits just right. The whole place has a great vibe — relaxed, creative, and always welcoming. Can’t say enough good things about Mindscape Fermentation. 🍻

Rocklin just got a little more interesting for me. Think Portland cool meets neighborhood casual, but with a fermentation twist. The staff couldn’t be friendlier, and every drink whether boozy or booze-free, feels like it’s doing your body a favor. My new go-to spot for hanging out and trying things I didn’t even know I needed.

My favorites: the white sangria, the Freak for Love, and the after Party. Already plotting my return with the ladies.

Amazing brewery that offers a wide selection from beer to kombucha to hard seltzer. There is something for everyone!! We held an event here for 40+ people and the staff were just the best. The manager Lauren was so helpful from our initial reservation to helping us day of - I can’t say enough good things about the whole experience. 10/10 would highly recommend. We will definitely keep coming back and I know. a lot of people from our party will be going back too. Support this business - they are awesome!!!

We had a great time at Mindscape. The beer, and Kambuch were good but the fermented veggies were amazing!

It's a very friendly place. There was plenty of seating, with a patio. It's family friendly with fun games to play.
