MOOYAH Burgers, Fries & Shakes

It seems that we have a new owner here who is not necessarily familiar with the restaurant business. A single Patty regular burger is $8.99 and, in my opinion, not worth the silver. I don't think this place will survive unless they continue with their heavy coupon work.

The food is always good, but the price has increased so much that it's just not worth the $22 per person for a burger, fries, and soft drink, especially when you're not even being served, but picking up at the counter after ordering at the register. Less service, more money.

This place used to be soooo great but now it's Not so great. 70.00 almost out the door and it's just ok. The shake is good. The fries absolutely suck. They need to change the oil and not fry so long. Fries really make a hamburger place. Go to In and out!

Person making food (man) was on their phone the whole time. Messed up our food and my patty was burnt. Didn’t even get to enjoy our food. Use to be a great place a few years ago

I can't believe the nerve of this place! I ordered a cheeseburger and fries, but what I got was a disgrace. The fries were soggy and old, while the cheeseburger was practically burnt. Absolutely unacceptable. Don't waste your time or money here.

All of our food tasted good, but definitely on the pricier side for a “quick” meal. It was $80 for my family of 4 (4 burgers, 4 fries, 3 drinks). The restaurant was so filthy though!!! The bathrooms, the floor, the tables, everywhere. My husband and I even wondered if they were going out of business? The bathrooms were dirty. The tables had a sticky feel over them. There was food just left on the floor everywhere, and there was trash on the ground by the trash area. It was definitely gross!

I'm sure at some point this place was great, the food isn't bad so their lack of business isn't due to quality. Ordered food, my order was messed up, the person prior to me had their entire order messed up too. The clerk tried to argue with the customer as if they didn't make any mistakes, and then messed mine up which was extremely simple. This is the reason for the lowered score.

Customer is not always right, but to argue with them and almost refuse to make the order right is absurd. Especially when the receipt clearly states what was ordered.

As for mine, they didn't make my milkshake, then made the wrong one, and add cheese on my burger when I said no cheese, then scraped it off and you could still see the residue.
