Place is dirty! Salad bar is disgusting and They switch their prices every week! Beware of this location. Might as well go to Roundtable when they charge a 3 year old kid 13 dollars for a slice of pizza at a buffet!

Sigh...I can't believe how terrible this pizza was. I haven't had MM since 2014 in a whole other city so clearly long enough to think I could eat this crap. I don't know how I had so many toppings and it still had zero flavor. And to top it off I ordered a 4pk of soda and they managed to even screw that up. Again - I'll stick to skipolinis. This was garbage. 0/10. I do not recommend. And I won't even try another location in the future. They can literally write me off as a customer.

Served a to go order pizza that was prepared with rotten mushrooms. There is just no excuse for this to occur. It was disgusting and I no longer have any confidence in this location to provide a quality product.

We ordered 4 pizzas online and received an order number and transaction number. Upon arriving at the restaurant to pick them up an hour later, they didn't have the order. Hey, it happens right? What chaps me was the complete lack of service and apology that it happened. I reordered and asked if they were having issues with the system, one employee said yea, the other said "no..would you like a receipt?" zero cares given. I get technologies don't communicate correctly sometimes, but how hard is it to own it and apologize? Or throw the guy soda cup while he waits for 30mins for his newly placed order. I would have left but it was getting late. Kids gotta eat.

Mountain Mike's claimed to offer 49% off pizza orders on the Tuesdays and Wednesdays after 49er wins. When I went online to order the pizza the website said that I needed to order at least $22 to order online even if I was picking it up, requiring me to spend more just for pickup. The following week I received a QR code from their website for the 49er deal. When I went in to present it for my order after calling it in this time, they said they didn't have a scanner to scan the coupon on my phone to take off the 49%. I asked if they could just make an adjustment on their own to take off the 49% and they said no. I just walked out and went to Round Table and haven't been back since.

Normally I like mountain mikes pizza but I ordered a large pepperoni pizza from this location last week that tasted like cardboard. There was something definitely wrong with the dough just didn't taste fresh and the sauce tasted horrible. Ended up throwing 1/2 of the pizza out the next day. Might try a different location next time when I feel like taking another risk

Terrible service. When I checked the first time, they told me the order will be ready in about three minutes. 15 minutes later, I check again, and another girl is telling me that it's going to be at least seven minutes because they had just gotten into the oven. The first gal blamed it on the cooks that they told her the wrong information from another order. Didn't even apologize for the extremely long wait. Apparently they were the busiest they've been according to one gal I overheard her telling another customer. Obviously, they don't know how to handle orders when they're busy. Your food is over priced, and there really isn't much of an ambience, I guess it's normal or standard. What really irks me so they couldn't even apologize or anything, they just had this guy had to meet the pizza as if nothing had happened.

this s*** slaps it really is the bomb, been here too many times and it is too good each time, service is good, food is good, ambiance isn't much there but still awesome place. I love it and love going there every single time I want pizza.

My wife and went in a bought a salad and small 3 topping pizza with a drink. This rating would be 5 stars but it all crashed down when ii took my non eaten pieces of pizza up to counter and asked for a box. We waited as the employee took my pan into the back. We waited for a minute or so and when the employee came back from the back she asked if we wanted to order something else. I said no I’m waiting for my pieces of pizza. She said she had just thrown them away. We got a “oh sorry”!I was not happy and both employees didn’t try to make this issue better! I understand mistakes happens but not trying to make help turn the situation around was not in their customer service trainingWon’t be back!It would of been 5 stars!
