Noma is hands down the best sushi place in Rocklin area. They have a roll called the dancing queen, the tempura jalapeños on the top are absolutely amazing. Spicy edamame is delicious. Sushi taste so fresh and the ramen is so tasty too!

I don’t understand the hate this place gets. It is not bad food. I’ve had the Spicy chicken Ramen and the Spicy beef Ramen. It was good. I also had the BBQ Albacore which was great. Service has always been good. The only problem I’ve experienced at Noma is that the hard boiled egg in my Ramen was cold.

The ramen lacked flavor, was thin & forgettable, and the char sui was very tough & under seasoned. But it was still fine.
I tried one nigiri to test it out and the portion was very big; almost too much for a single bite. However the cut seemed to be from the outside edge of the fish with jagged edges on one side with a oddly square cut...
