Hello, I like the food, especially pink penne, but the cooks lack experience as long as I have had the pasta very dry and not at all creamy and the spinach overcooked.

The food is good. Super tasty! Kids menu available. Great service. Attentive employees. My only concern is the cleanliness of the seating area. The floor was dirty and we had to clean the table before sitting. Other than that good experience! I’ll come back next time I’m in town.

I ordered pesto Parmesan chicken. The chicken was like rubber and could not chew it. I returned it they were supposed to get me a new one. No time passed before I got it back and I told them it was still like rubber. I have to believe it was my first order put back on the grill they were expecting it to be cooked better. So the second time the lady said that's how all our chickens are rubbery. And she asked me if I wanted a refund on the chicken LOL., instead of the entire order. Talk about people that have no customer skills or knowledge of customer service. This has to come from managerial to the staff. They are all clueless less. I'm not returning to this place.

Not busy at all.employees are a Bunch of high schoolers talkn about nonsense and not making food. Took 20 minutes to get a bowl of noodles.

The young lady at the counter, who checked us out that a fantastic job of customer service. As you can see, the restaurant is in a good location with easy access and easy parking next to serve other things. This was my first time there. The food selection all looked very tasty and had a decent price. The food I got did taste very good. The only downside was it was served in plastic bowls, which made it feel a whole lot like a microwave dinner because of the presentation. Ironically, the napkins brought to my table were on a white dish and I noticed buckets at the trash cans to put your dishes in. So it might be that this location is simply not following protocol with dishes or did it on that day.Dietary restrictions: They have a few gluten sensitive options.

My sister wanted to go to Noodles & Company for lunch because she said they have a delicious beyond meat chicken option she likes. This location is right near the front entrance with a very packed parking lot. As we walked into an empty dining room with tables & chairs, we approached their giant menu on the wall before you head it to the register. Their chicken Alfredo type dish is my sisters favorite with their beyond chicken as a substitute. She does not eat meat. Thus, the reason for substituting. As we proceeded to the registers and she ordered her food, they would not allow her to substitute the beyond meat on her meal she picked. There was no reason why other than no. Then, why have the option on the menu? They didn't even give us any other suggestions as to what she could order. It was like this empty location did not want to work today. Their laugh in our face attitudes about not ordering gave them delight. So we turned around to give Chipotle our business. They have a meatless option they were happy to use in my sisters lunch. We had a great breakfast at this place, and I forgot purse over there . By the end of the day when I realized that I lost my bag it was still there. Great staff, thank you guys for saving it for me.
I love Noodles & Company! Their food is good and the service is fast. This is one of my favorite places to eat at!

Come on...spaghetti and meatballs, how could you go wrong? Mostly I ask, where was the sauce? Very dry, definitely not enough to compliment the meal. First time to Noodles & Co; not sure I will ever return.

I tried it today for the first time, had the Japanese pan noodles w/ steak... it was so yummy! The noodles are a bit thick but they are so good and soaking up the sauce. I'll definitely be back.
